Vacation rentals with a patio in Caroga

I felt at home, the minute I walked in. The place was very spacious. I loved all the places I could place my items. I was looking for a place near water and this checked all the boxes. Can’t beat a hammock by a creek. It was close to all I needed.

Kerri was extremely communicative and clear on instructions for check-in and check-out. The apartment itself was cozy and exactly what we needed!

Great Stay. Nice, very clean, comfortable home only 15 minutes to SPAC. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone seeing a show there or staying near Saratoga Springs.

Very cozy home away from home with a delightful host family upstairs who are very accommodating and communicative. The space is warm, welcoming and well appointed. A great location for a short or extended stay!

Jamie has a wonderful Airbnb. I loved the private parking spot associated with Airbnb. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room couch and la-z-boy. (Pictures need to be updated because the couch shown isn’t current). Jamie is a very responsive host.

Very nice stay. Very clean and welcoming quick responses and helpful. Instructions was very clear and overall a very nice time.

We had a lovely time visiting Saratoga Springs. Jake’s place was perfectly located, had all the amenities we needed, and looked exactly like the pictures. (The massage chair was a HUGE bonus)!

Absolutely fantastic stay!! Was perfect in every way. Comfy beds..open space…nice patio…clean…the list goes on and on! Will definitely be back!

Michael’s place was very comfortable for all our guest’s. Plenty of room, well stocked clean kitchen & welcome gifts (variety of craft beer and local wine). The house was close to our desired attraction about 10-15 mins. Close to restaurants & grocery store. Constant contact and very in-depth welcome book with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay for my graduation. The house is 5 mins away from everything in Utica and was very peaceful at night. The layout of the house was great and it felt super spacious for the 8 of us that stayed there.

We enjoyed our stay in Saratoga Springs. House is in a very quiet area within walking distance to the lake. No issues the entire stay. Loved the cottage feel of the house. Host is very responsive, and made our stay smooth.

Wonderful host. Left personal touches every where and so special that she left water bottles beer, popcorn machine ,wine and toiletries for her guests and if her guests had a dog toys for them.

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

We stayed for a long term stay while our home was going through some extensive repairs. We had a few minor hiccups but Kelly got back to us right away and was able to resolve whatever we needed. Thankful to find this place!

Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Keen and thoughtful attention to details, from the well-appointed kitchen with pristine coffeemaker, to toiletries, to first-aid items to name a few. Comfy lodging for my party of three’s two nights. Thanks, Karen.

Gian is a wonderful host! He was very helpful and communicates good. His home is very beautiful and comfortable! It's also in beautiful location and yet still close to shops and things to do. Highly recommend!

This spot was good for my team to stay for a project we needed fast and temporary accommodations for. Highly recommend for anyone coming up to this area. Clean throughout, easy check in process and responsive host.

My husband and I sold our home out of state and needed a place for 5 weeks. We were fortunate to find David’s. It was perfect for us and our two small pups. Had everything we needed for entire stay. Dave was very responsive whenever an issue arose and always friendly. We got to know the neighborhood very well. Would stay again.
