We had a great stay at the cottage, which was very clean, very comfortable and great for just relaxing as well as for using as a base to explore the area. Helen communicated fantastically from the time that I booked and was extremely flexible with check in and check out times. The cottage garden is fantastic and it’s great to have free access to stroll around. Helen and the cottage are very pet friendly and it was great to meet Griff 😀 Dinefwr nature reserve, woods, park and castle are literally over the road from the cottage. These are great to explore and Llandeilo town is easily walkable with great shops and cafes. I would definitely stay at the cottage again and look forward to doing so. Helen is a great host.

Was such a wonderful stay. Cecilia was so friendly and even picked us up from the shop! She was extremely attentive and made sure we had a great time. The lemon squares were absolutely amazing. Will definitely be visiting Merlin’s house again.

Communication was excellent from start to finish, and their local recommendations were super clear and really helped us make the most of our trip. The house itself was spotless, beautifully presented with fantastic facilities and lots of lovely homely touches that made it feel extra special. Our daughters were especially thrilled with the welcome treats local Welsh chocolate, crisps, and lemonade such a thoughtful gesture. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to return!

Kay’s cottage was a great place to stay while we explored the countryside around Carmarthen. Kay was an excellent host and gave very clear instructions about where to park and how to access the cottage. The cottage was cosy and very well equipped and we were really touched by finding a hamper of local food and sweets for us on our arrival! Kay is a very generous and caring host and has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable!
