Hut vacation rentals in Carmarthenshire

We loved our stay, thank you! We wanted a quiet and relaxing way to ring in the New Year after a busy Christmas, and this was perfect. The cabin was cosy and warm, even during 50mph winds!

Absolutely loved our stay in this quirky little place. It was nestled in beautiful surroundings in a quiet peaceful location. What can be better than waking up from an extremely comfy bed to the sound of the river and the birds singing ! Everything you could ever need was right there in the cabin .. nothing was missing ! We spent our days visiting Aberporth, Camarthen and Cardigan with there vast array of shops and beaches. Then our nights were spent snuggled up in front of the cosy log burner listening to smooth FM on the little radio. We were here for New Year's Eve and couldn't think of a better place to be ! Would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed !

We had a magical stay with our six year old. Sharon was fantastic. Highly recommend, the Gypsy wagons are beautiful. There is a hot shower & a compost toilet, both has been decorated and made very user friendly. The summer house has everything you need. Kettle, toaster, small fridge freezer.

A beautiful and cosy hut to get away from the busyness of life. Checking in was straight forward and simple. We felt instantly relaxed and at home, the hut is in its own private corner of the owners residence with a peaceful view of the field and river. Hosts are lovely and happy to help and we can tell they care greatly for every guests having the best experience possible. One night simply wasn’t enough so we can’t wait to book a longer stay again soon! Thank you to Sam and Goff for having us x

I must start by saying, of all the Airbnb’s my partner and I have stayed in…Chris’s Sheperds hut was by far the best! From the minute we arrived we were greeted by the most amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. Chris is such a genuine, sincere person who is very passionate about his hut and making his guests feel at home, is at the forefront of his mind. The hut was even better than the pictures, it was beautifully decorated and the cosiest place we’ve stayed in. The bed was the comfiest and stargazing on the patio at night time was just lush! Chris has thought of everything when it comes to the hut and even brought us fresh duck eggs, Welsh cakes and wine to welcome us. He recommended some beautiful places to visit and we’re so glad we went to them- (so close too!) Chris was super flexible on check in times and nothing was too much. We’re already looking to return in May and can’t wait to visit the hut again and of course Chris! Thank you ☺️

The welcome was lovely and easy to find location. Ginnie talked me through all the local attractions and catered it for us with our dog. We were given a tour of the hottub. The hut itself was immaculate and so cosy. It's in such a beautiful location. There's a few takeaway places within a short drive. We opted for fish and chips which was gorgeous. Spent the evening in the hottub star gazing. our only complaint is we didn't book longer. Will definitely come back and spend longer. Thank you

We cannot recommend this place enough, it was everything we hoped for and more. Simon was an incredibly friendly host giving us all the information we needed to arrive and was very flexible with check in and checkout times. Whilst there, he was really responsive and had lots of great recommendations. We really could feel the effort Simon and Linda have put into this place and we felt really at home as soon as we arrived. The hut itself was perfect - with all the amenities you could need including a very comfy bed where you could lay & see the stunning & peaceful surroundings. There is a nice porch to sit outside while still being undercover & the grounds had benches, hammocks and a fire pit to enjoy the surroundings in. Sitting in the log fired hot tub in a morning listening to the birds was incredibly relaxing. And at night looking up at the starry sky was a very special experience. The location is great too, with easy to beaches south and Brecons north via easy acces to the A40.

Lovely little home in a beautiful part of the county. Very secluded and private, with only the occasional “moo” to break the silence. Great base for hiking, with the hot tub being welcome relief after a windy and/or wet trek.! Never used an air fryer before, but that was a great addition! Thank you for a wonderful stay! (Sorry again about the swing..! 😆)

You have a real piece of heaven here. We absolutely loved our stay at Ruby 's fields. A gorgeous, peaceful setting amongst the Welsh farm lands. With views for miles! Annabel and Egan are wonderful hosts and made us all feel at home! The children have absolutely loved the swimming pool and playing with Hamish the dog. I couldn't fault our accommodations, everything we needed had been thought about. Even down to some handmade Happy Birthday bunting waiting on arrival, after I had mentioned we were celebrating our daughters birthday whilst staying. We will definitely be back to see you again! We had a very nice, cosy, and quiet stay in the cabin, perfect for a de-stress... Our host could not have been more responsive and helpful after we had some car trouble. Location is absolutely outstanding, secluded and private except the farm animals! Views are spectacular, would highly recommend and hope to go back soon.

Absolutely beautiful place. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here (as did our dog.) It was very private and peaceful and secure with spacious land for our dog. Very relaxing and the location is so picturesque. Hosts were very quick to respond when making contact. We cannot wait to visit here again. 🙂
