Spacious, comfortable 4/5 bed house, sleeps 10

LiamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful 3 nights stay here with friends and the kids over NY. 🥂. The place was absolutely spotless and we all felt at home immediately. Host was very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for where to go. Walking distance to town and loved the surrounding attractions(recommend the local pubs/ restaurants, Rathwood and Altamont gardens and also the Valhalla sauna at Milford!). House came with everything we needed, especially loved the 2nd playroom / tv room for the kids. 5 stars.

Well Lane

linleyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Well Lane is a delightful and authentic country farmhouse in a spacious and sylvan setting. Spotlessly clean and also cosy with wood-burning stove for our Christmas break. It would also be ideal in summer with lovely outdoor space, including jacuzzi, barbecue and outside seating.

Mount Wolseley holiday resort

MariaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We recently stayed two nights at Mt Wolseley, and it was a wonderful experience! John was a fantastic host—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The house was spotless, very well-kept, and we felt completely safe during our stay. We were a group of friends meeting up for a weekend away, but the house is also ideal for families with kids, thanks to its lovely backyard and access to nearby playgrounds. While the dishwasher was out of action during our stay, it didn’t dampen our experience—we happily rolled up our sleeves! I’m sure it’s been fixed or replaced by now. During the day, we enjoyed the fabulous spa and had a lovely lunch at the hotel. The setting was perfect for a girly weekend, with plenty of space for late-night chats and giggles. Overall, a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Rebecca’s place. Beautiful surrounding, secluded and very peaceful. We came with two kids and a dog. And all were happy and something to do. The house itself is gorgeous and has a beautiful design. The bed linens were great , the parents room was a king size bed which was the best. The kitchen is well Equipped and Rebecca’s was super friendly and responsive. Had a great time.

Richard is a brilliant host. He is very warm, welcoming and friendly. We booked two double rooms. Both had en-suite facilities. It is a beautiful property set in stunning countryside. The local town is a few minutes walk away. There are lovely traditional pubs, and the locals are great. An excellent base to explore Southern Ireland.

Fantastic few nights at Rose’s place over New Year. Rose’s place was comfortable, warm, cosy and clean. The shower was great and loads of hot water. Rose left many lovely treats and some basics in the fridge and we felt very welcomed and cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thanks and Happy New Year Rose!

A peaceful, spacious and romantic artist's home

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Michael's place is fantastic. It has gorgeous views of the surrounding countryside and is comprised of two houses connected by a solarium. There are five bedrooms (three in the primary house and two in the smaller house) and plenty of bathrooms, making Michael's place a great choice for a large family or group. The nearby town of Clonegall is a short drive or walkable in nice weather. While we didn't meet Michael, Peter, the house manager, greeted us on arrival with freshly baked bread and eggs from a local farm. Peter was easily contactable and provided us with all the information needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend Michael's place to anyone looking for a large home with plenty of space for relaxing and entertaining.
A cozy living area features two leather sofas, accented with decorative cushions and a soft throw. A glass-topped coffee table is positioned centrally, while a framed nature print adorns the wall. Light enters through a window, highlighting the exposed granite wall.

Cuan Cottage - Now with WiFi!!!

AndréRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
A Truly Magical Stay at Cuan Cottage My girlfriend and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Cuan Cottage in Kilquiggan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences we’ve had in over a decade of traveling through Airbnb. This stunning cottage, over 200 years old, is a true gem. It has been beautifully restored, blending its rich, historical charm with modern comforts in the most seamless way possible. The character of the stone walls and wooden ceilings makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, yet every modern touch fits perfectly. Thomas and Rita, you’ve done an extraordinary job preserving the cottage’s original essence while incorporating tasteful design and high-end finishes. It’s not just a stay; it’s an experience, and one that we will cherish. We could feel the love and care put into every corner of this space, and it made all the difference. From the peaceful surroundings to the incredible attention to detail, this cottage is absolutely fabulous. We ho
