The Gables Cottage

YelenaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
This is a beautiful cottage and Natalie the host is super helpful. She was very proactive in giving advice and recommendations well before our stay and upon arrival, particularly since we brought our dog and were looking for some walks nearby. The cottage itself is very cozy and clean, any utensils one might need is provided. It also has a lovely garden. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Borris Town House

KellyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Borris is a beautuful village, the air bnb was in a great place. A very big house with everything you needed. we was a little perplexed as to why two of the bedrooms were locked. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom house. My partner snores so would have liked an extra bed so i could get some sleep. The house is very dated, but comfortable enough. double bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen lovely and clean. Kevin and his wife were really nice people and were accommodating to our needs and let us stay an extra night, so we was very thankful. The house is big enough for a family to stay and I would recommend. There is a smell of dampness, but I have stayed in similar Air bnb in Ireland that smell the same. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with, we did find the Air fryer wasn't cleaned, probably after the last guests. dishwasher etc in kitchen ample places to sit and eat. I was overall very happy 😊

Railway House

TonyRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Eileen’s place was perfect for what we wanted. The food she left for us was very generous, more so than any other airbnb property we have ever stayed in and made us feel very welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the property was nice and warm. Useful having two showers with 5 of us staying in the property. There was everything that we needed for the couple of days. Although we never met Eileen her husband and other family members were really helpful & responsive. We have family in the area and would be more than happy to stay in Eileen’s property again.

UNIQUE AND CHARMING STONE COTTAGE

KeelyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This was our second stay at Turrock Cottage and it definitely won't be our last. Even on a somewhat grey and drizzly day, the fully stocked fire place made it lovely and cozy. The surroundings are so picturesque and Ciaran and Deirdre couldn't be lovelier. Such attention to detail with a basketful of extra facecloths and towels, electric blankets, dvds and games, fresh eggs and bananas to hand feed the resident peacock. The donkey and chickens and ducks and geese and dog and cat are so fun to see and interact with and the local area has tons to do. The kids loved it so much the youngest cried when we left. Until next time. ❤️
