Availability of very comfortable and always free parking in front of the entrance of the property. Convenient location to reach various points of interest in the area. Nice skylight above the bed where you can look at the stars on clear nights. Recommended!

Well located accommodation: 2 minutes from the white sand beach, and the GR34 - on the GR34 there is also a pretty beach but you have to walk 25 minutes - also we are only 15 minutes from the walled city, the city center, the sea museum, the Marinarium, the port, the market and many restaurants! Clean, peaceful apartment with a nice little terrace. Concarneau is a nice quiet town and less touristy than Beg Meil!

we stayed in Quimper for an off-season weekend. The accommodation is very well located in old Quimper and allows you to stroll around quietly. The apartment is atypical and full of charm with a beautiful view on both sides. When we arrived everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment is tastefully decorated for a successful cocooning effect! Patrice contacted us to see if everything was going well and made herself available as needed. Ideal location for a stopover on the GR34, accessible in 5-10 minutes. Very quiet, clean and well-equipped (just a shame that the beds are not made…)

We had a lovely weekend at Maison Efflam, enjoyed the breathtaking views and walks on the shore … From the small village of Locquirec. The house is perfect for six, all the comforts in equipment, the weather allowed us to have a barbecue at lunchtime. Renaud is very available and was very welcoming on our arrival and departure. a home with sea views in every room, peace and quiet, a beautiful and clean pool, very welcoming and charming hosts! All in a Sublime region,the island of Bréhat is 30min away, beaches and cliffs all around! A good stay to recharge!
