Monthly Rentals in Cardoness

Courtyard Cottage was a brilliant base to explore the local area. It was warm, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The bed was particularly comfy and had nice quality bedding. The kitchen was well equipped. The dogs were made welcome and were safe within the enclosed courtyard. We loved the bath and there was lovely hot water when we got back from long walks and explorations. We only ate lunch out once in Kirkcudbright at a café called Feast, very friendly and welcomed our two smll dogs. We preferred to hunker down in the evenings and eat in.

This is the third time we've stayed in this house which is indicative of our satisfaction. It is well equipped, warm and tidily maintained. The outdoor space is sheltered so good for sitting if the weather is at all amenable. It's also handy for boot and clothes drying if you've been out and about.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It’s perfectly situated in Gatehouse of Fleet for so many local attractions. We love walking and cycling and so it was a fantastic base for us. There’s off road parking and it’s about 1 minute away from Gatehouse’s Spar grocery shop, which sells so much. Everything has been beautifully and thoughtfully renovated, so that you have all that you’ll need for your stay. We would definitely recommend this property!
