Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Lovely Custom Built & Modern One Bedroom Apartment

Our rental is close to Sopris Park, a 30 minute drive to the Aspen airport. Carbondale has art galleries and Mountain culture! We’re 2 blocks from Main Street and have fantastic views of Mt. Sopris! You’ll love our place because of the location, the outdoors space and our cozy safe neighborhood. Our rental is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and also well behaved furry friends - a $80 pet fee to be paid when making your booking please.

Our unit in Carbondale located on 150 acres of our families private working ranch located on the east side of Carbondale. The guest suite has a private entrance with excellent views and is only a 10 minute walk to downtown Carbondale. The space is comfortable for up to 3 adults or a family of 4. Plenty of sunshine and room to relax after a day of skiing, fishing or hiking! Please be aware that we are on a gravel dirt road. No need for a 4 wheel drive vehicle but can be wet.
