Vacation rentals with a patio in Vila Dirce

We stayed for an event that took place at the Transamerica Expo Center. Carina was very quick with the information and attentive. They gave us all the support! The apartment is excellent! Exactly as shown in the pictures. We were super good with 3 adults. Very spacious apartment, good shower! Good equipment. Super recommend!!!!

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

The location seems very safe, and the apartment is very cozy and beautiful, we really missed having a water FILTER, and accessible commerce near the place, everything had to go either by Uber or Ifood order.

The best place for anyone who wants to enjoy the nightlife of Pinheiros and great restaurant surroundings. The apartment was spotless with great views. I can't recommend highly enough, definitely one of the best accommodations I have been to.

The house was clean and well organized, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment during our stay. The hostess, Angela, was extremely attentive and helpful, always ready to help with any doubt or need. A high point was the visit of the monkeys, which was a show apart and brought even more charm to the experience. Martha was very receptive! The house needs some improvements, such as good fumigation because of the spiders and insects, which are abundant. the wonderful pool! It also needs to improve basic utensils, such as a microwave and other basic improvements. but with all this, our family reunion was wonderful :)

The stay was great, everything went well and as planned, the house was clean and organized and exactly as described, we had no problem with the stadia or the Host, Luiz took all our questions before the trip, recommended.

What a beautiful place, it's even more beautiful in person! Lots of greenery, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even kittens. Very quiet and peaceful, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very good. :) I read the tips in the reviews of other guests and it helped a lot. I took a pocket knife, we walked to Spani (but we came back by Uber with the groceries hahaha), we went to thrift stores, we walked around the farm and Itaim Park. And the house has absolutely everything we need for cooking, blender, baking pan, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a dear, said that if you don't have something, just ask and it will be provided. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra welcomed us very well since before the stay. We arrived in the city earlier and she was quite flexible with the check-in time. The house and bed/bath linens were very clean and smelled good. The place is easily accessible and super well located, perfect for those going to an event at Allianz Parque.

I recommend it 100%. We went to Sao Paulo for a week to work intensively and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The apartment is always impeccable and very comfortable, with more than enough equipment, and first-class security and cleaning service. We were able to rest, we trained in the gym and they always treated us very well. I would definitely come back.

Very functional apartment, with an excellent bathroom and high quality shower. The location is privileged, next to the Oscar Freire subway station. I recommend hosting — it was definitely worth every penny.
