House vacation rentals in Caraga

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at Rosemarie's place. It was easy to find based on the directions. The home is big and clean, with the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the house. The kitchen has everything to cook a meal. The backyard has a good-sized pool. We stayed six days, and the house was cleaned on the third day of our stay. Lala was extremely helpful in sourcing a car for us for the week that met our budget, as well as connecting us with a tour company for a private boat to the nearby islands. We would definitely book this place again!

Best place to stay in Butuan!

The place was amazing and very well maintained and cared for. We loved having a pool for the hot days. Daniel was amazing to deal with and one of the best communicators I’ve come across on Airbnb. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is super nice and very comfortable and the hosts were great and very accommodating. It’s a perfect location near everything. The pool is fun for kids. Very happy !

We had the most amazing time in Siargao staying at Alfonso’s place ! The home is in a perfect location to get to cloud-9 and a quick ride or tuk tuk to General Luna. The place was squeaky clean and had great facilities. Very spacious and the perfect place for our girls trip! Highly recommend staying here, Ryan was so great and helped us rent scooters and get everywhere!

We had an amazing stay here! The house was immaculate, with beautiful rooms and a stunning pool. The highlight, however, was the staff—they were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Alberto’s VILLA is probably the one of the best yet in the island. gives you privacy and amazing vibes, from the pool, amenities. the way going there might be challenging but once u get there, it will be worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. would totally come back. had issues during the night but alberto was responsive with everything. amazing host!

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

One of the best stay I have ever had. The rooms were so big but only 6 of us stayed through the night so it was too much so we all slept on the sala because the other 2 two rooms were not in ac. There were also a lot of extra bed foams and this place is cheap. We would definitely go back some time.

Ma'am Malyn and her husband, along with their staff, were very accommodating. They made sure that we had a comfortable stay and even helped us out when we didn't know how to get to the port for our tour. They were always ready to answer our questions and provide us with what we need. Will definitely stay with them again next time.

I was pleased to find Mark's place at 11th hour. he was very responsive since day1 and also flexible in terms of our checkin. the location of the place was of course the best here in Butuan. private and very safe Subdivision. i would book here again for my friends and family vacation.

We stayed at Grace house for a week. The location is perfekt (3 min walk from a surfspot) and the house itself has a wonderful charme (specially the Master bedroom). Her family was super friendly and very helpful. They helped us for example to rent a tuctuc for the week because the place is a little offside. You can also order some food which was always fresh and tasty. The kitchen is a shared kitchen which is located at the basement of the house. We travelled with 2 little children and it was a little bit unpractical that you always have to leave your appartment/house if you want to use the kitchen. Many things in the kitchen did not work (fridge, stove, Rice cooker) and we were a little disappointed and we talked to Grace. Within one day Grace replaced the things. All in all we can recommend the place, specially with the new things in the kitchen and that outstanding location right at the beach!

Woooow!!!! I have not enough words to thank Zahara for the house. The house is better then at pictures. The bedroom is huge. The house was very clean, sparkling. There is everything we needed including toilet paper, clean sheets and towels, even towel paper ( never see this at rented homes in Philippines) . The house has very beautiful design and everything has his own place. We stayed for 6 nights and unfortunately have to leave because the house was not available for more nights. The connection with Joy ( the house keeper lady) was excellent, she answered all our questions . She was very helpful for us. The only negative thing is that the house is on kind of main road, so if you are sleeping in the bedroom it's ok, but...if there are three of you and one has to sleep in the living room ( like we) there is noisy. Had a great stay at Harry’s place! Clean, affordable, and came with breakfast, laundry services, and bike rentals. Harry and his team were super helpful and kind, even organizing transfers. Highly recommend!

The place is a good stay for a big group. The host is very responsive. The staff cleans the place regularly. Very approachable too. I appreciate the considerations of the host in terms of the check-in, beds, and linens. Worth the price.

Extremely happy with Chris’s place. It was very private and hidden away from the bustle but not too far away from it either. The way to get there is a bit challenging though, if you befriend a tuktuk driver make sure to ask for their number so they can always pick you up when you need a ride to get to the main area. Walking wasn’t an option for us during our stay as it was raining majority of the time. Inside the house was very beautiful and spacious. We also had the luxury of being accompanied by their pet cat ming-ming. We grew attached to her and did not want to part ways but we will definitely come back and see her again as she was very sweet and affectionate ☺️ Ate flor and ate Ana were very friendly and joyful, they took good care of us and made sure our stay was without any problems. We took lots of good photos of Siargao but Chris’s house was also part of the many good photos with how beautiful it was! Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Siargao 😁

Casa Bianca is a lovely home that is well situated in Siargao. Across the street is a nice restaurant that serves western food, and there are other nearby options as well. Getting to the beach is either a 10 minute walk or just a few minutes via tricycle. The staff person, Jay, was responsive to our requests during our stay, including our needing more towels when it rained heavily during our first day.

This place was just as described, a cozy little homestay with a minimal but charming attire, making you feel like home. Hidden in a backyard you really find a well-furnitured little place to come to after catching some waves or traveling through this beautiful island. Finding peace and a well deserved time out here, Kelvin and his family were really kind and welcoming to us und helped us out with motorbike rental and even later check outs due to surfing lessons. Totally recommend staying here at this beautiful place!
