Our second stay at Zoe's El Rosal properties was as enjoyable as the first. The location in El Rosal is great for exploring Caracas, with easy access to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend Zoe's properties for their comfort, cleanliness, and top-notch service, and we hope to come back.
