Carlo is a very friendly and welcoming host. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully decorated. We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. Thank you for the hospitality, Carlo!

Andrea's house is beautifully located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, Stromboli on the horizon and a sunset every evening. The furnishings are simple, as is often the case in Italy, but clean and tidy. The surroundings are already very quiet in October, every now and then a cat sneaks by, you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy the holidays. The house has a garage parking space, just a few steps away. A bar and a few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Pippo, Andrea's father, takes care of all local matters very lovingly, be it a question about the surroundings, where you can get something, something doesn't work or just a chat about the weather. He is always available and happy to help. Highly recommended.

Valentina’s home is absolutely gorgeous. Out every window is like looking at a picture. The calm shallow beach is steps away, hosting an array of marine life and lots of sea glass to find. Valentina’s love for her home is evident upon check in, and she really is just happy to share her piece of peace with as many people as she can. When we arrived she had a bowl of her homegrown tomatoes, garlic, and onions from Calabria for us to use to cook. All the little odds and ends that you need for a relaxing vacation can be found at Valentina’s place. Relaxing and quiet 🥰 She also got my daughter a birthday gift when we stayed during her birthday, and that was the kindest gesture. So much love for Valentina and for her beautiful home and city.

Loved the stay - the view from the terrace is marvellous and the apartment so full of character. (And unexpectedly large) Special thanks to Albino who did the check in - he made the whole process smooth. Lastly , the owners found a travel cot for us even though we asked at the last minute. Thanks a lot!!

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.

The place is nice and comfy. The little house lies in the green. Ideal for dog owners! The private beach is something special and really very quiet. Only the stairs or the way is somewhat strenuous (especially back). But the stay at the beach is worth it! Antonia is a very likeable and gracious host and we felt very much at home. The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

fantastic place to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thank you

Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Gave us very helpful information about the area. Views from the balcony on the Stromboli, the beautiful plants and the sunset were breathtaking. Wonderful beaches in the area. Everything was just beautiful.🤩

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was squeaky clean and spacious enough for our family shenanigans. The pool is great, and the beach is just a flip-flop away. The view? So spectacular, it made us consider moving in permanently! Highly recommend!

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

We can only recommend Vincenzo's place. The reception by him was very friendly, the place was clean, the bed very cozy and the balcony and the private roof terrace of course unbeatable. Parking is available and you only walk 5 minutes to the center of Tropea, but it is also quickly accessible by car on the expressway. Vincenzo was quickly accessible and always helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Great Host, and we had a great time exploring the surroundings. The beaches are beautiful, and the sunset is one of its kinds. Aurelia and her husband are very friendly and can help with any questions. I can totally recommend this Airbnb.

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10
