Vacation rentals with beach access in Capo Rizzuto

Sehr schönes Apartment mit allem, was man für einen - auch längeren - Aufenthalt benötigt. Meer und Strand sind in 2 Minuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, Cafés und Bars ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotz der Nähe zum Lungomare war es angenehm ruhig. Die Hosts waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend, hatten viele Empfehlungen für die Gegend und waren immer erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder, wenn mich der Weg noch einmal nach Crotone führt.

Pasquale est un hôte très accueillant, très réactif. Il nous a donné beaucoup de conseils sur les visites à privilégier autour de sa location, notamment un très bon glacier 😋. L’emplacement est top pour accéder à Pizzo, Tropea et Scilla. Location au calme.

Andrea jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Dba bardzo o Nina's house i swoich gości. Każdy nasz problem albo trudność były natychmiast rozwiązywane. Nie wiedzieliśmy, że w Santa Catarina nie ma komunikacji publicznej i Andrea sam zaproponował, że nas odbierze ze stacji kolejowej. To więcej, niż się spodziewaliśmy! Mieszkanie bardzo schludne, przestrzenne, wygodne do spędzenia w nim całego dnia, gdy nie chcesz iść na spacer. Do dyspozycji patio z grillem. Pełna swoboda a gdy zachodzi potrzeba, możesz liczyć na pomoc Andrea. Internet, tak jak zapewniał Andrea, działa bez zarzutu, swobodnie możesz pracować zdalnie. Morze w maju, co prawda jest jeszcze zimne, ale można spędzić wiele godzin na plaży, opalając się i odpoczywając - do plaży od domu Andrei masz 50 m w linii prostej. Bajka!!! Cudowne miejsce, cudownie spędzony czas. Wrócimy tam na pewno! Gorąco polecamy to miejsce

We were happy with the apartment. It was cozy, comfortable, clean and quite modern. In particular, we enjoyed sitting on the peaceful, sunny terrace amidst blooming plants and run-away lizards. Stepping through the backdoor of the terrace, it took just a very short walk to Pizzo beach, which was like a lonely planet in mid- October. Liudmyla was very hospitable and provided useful information before check-in. Apart from a short power failure on a rainy day we had a perfect stay at Marinella. Strongly recommended!

Schöne, hervorragend ausgestattete, chice Wohnung. Kostenlose Parkplätze hintern Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden, auch Imbiss, Pizzerien. Die 4-spurige Straße ist leider nahezu durchgängig gut befahren.

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung, sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (5&8 Jahre) dort und auch sie haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt

Couldn’t ask for better hosts , nothing was too hard , very hard to find genuine people like this these days . Very helpful, lovely clean spacious place . Having drinks and snacks provided was great also. So close to the beaches lovely car park nice garden, hope to be back one day. Thanks for the stay

Salve ,sono stato con la mia famiglia nel mese di agosto 2024 buona esperienza zona tranquilla vicino a un campeggio carino spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi A circa 50 metri se non si vuole prendere l’auto .Comunque tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto sia per altre spiagge libere e sia per raggiungere locali per colazione pranzo o cena il paese è bello se si vuole girare c’è da vede molto . Ne approfitto per ringraziare Piero e lo staffe gentili e a risolvere se ci fosse qualunque problema . Grazie e a presto 🤗👍🏻

Siamo stati coccolati dalle calde acque del mare di Davoli e dall’ attenzioni di Antonino, host fantastico che consiglio vivamente si è preoccupato affinché il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile, presente gentile e non invadente, location eccezionale comodissima al mare e al centro ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa, cosa dire ancora realtà così fanno solo splendere ancora di più la bellissima Calabria, grazie e torneremo ancora sicuramente

La residenza di Antonella è dotata di tutti i comfort possibili e si trova a pochi passi dal mare. L' abbiamo trovata in condizioni perfette e abbiamo trascorso 8 giorni di vero relax. Una dimensione particolarmente positiva per una famiglia con un bimbo piccolo. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

+ Alles gut und Franco ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber + Er ist immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit + Franco zeigt einem die Gegend. - Der Kühlschrank ist ein bisschen Laut. - Es gibt keine richtige Küche.

Felicito a Fabrizio por su casa y por la dedicacion de Carmine y su esposa para que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Lo pasamos muy bien porque todo funciona y todo está limpio Dejamos el auto en un lugar muy espacioso y eso es muy importante. Muchas gracias!

Es war wunderschön, die Kommunikation mit Silvio war super. Bei Fragen und Problemen war er stets schnell zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great place, 5 min. walk to the huge beach, the house is good and clean have all you need. Romano’s family is nice and always help.

Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

Ottima esperienza. Manuela è stata sempre disponibile, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Casa provvista di qualsiasi prodotto per la pulizia da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Ci siamo davvero trovati bene, come se fossimo a casa. Consigliatissimo. 100/100

Graziella's home was beautiful and clean and it had everything i needed and more. Graziella was so kind and welcoming and she made sure i had everything i needed and even had breakfast items for me. She is truly a wonderful host. It was a perfect place to get away from the chaos of the bigger busier cities and relax in San Lucido beautiful quaint seaside town. There is a bus that comes through town a few times a day and the local tobacco shop sells train and bus tickets, but it only has one train. The adjacent towns are also very quaint and beautiful. There are a couple grocery stores and several shops in town that are very reasonably priced. People are warm and friendly and very helpful. The little town below can get lively and loud but the town shuts down very early. A car to see the beautiful surrounding area is definitely recommended. Paola has a few options but you will have to book in advance.

Cristian e Susa moglie sono persone gentili ed accorte, il loro appartamento non manca di nulla, per farti passare un soggiorno tranquillo. noi eravamo lì per lavoro ma abbiamo potuto godere anche la posizione centrale dell'appartamento per andare in giro a passeggio o raggiunte il lungo mare che dista dall'appartamento pochi minuti. sarà un alloggio di riferimento in quella zona.

Die Unterkunft von Rachael in Pizzo ist super, wirklich das am besten ausgestattete AirBnB in dem wir je waren. Es gab nicht nur alles übliche, sondern außerdem Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Handtücher für den Strand, eine Kühltasche, Wäscheklammern, Kartenspiele und Reiseführer! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr schön hergerichtet und sauber war. Rachael war auch super nett, einfach zu erreichen und hat uns einen Tipp fürs Abendessen gegeben der goldwert war (Chilli Pepper). Alles in allem kann ich die Unterkunft wirklich sehr empfehlen! The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We drove down from Rome and needed a place to stay for one night to break up the drive. We were sad it was only one night- Pizzo is adorable, the food was amazing, and since we were there off-season, it was pretty quiet. The apartment was clean and very tastefully decorated. The family all came out to meet us (even the dog!) and to make sure we were comfortable. The two recommendations they gave us (restaurant and gelateria) were both PERFECT! Will come back to stay longer next time...

L' appartamento si trova in un quartiere molto tranquillo, a due passi dalla spiaggia. Ci sono tutti i comfort. È di recente costruzione e lo abbiamo trovato molto pulito e corrispondente all' annuncio. Molto apprezzato lo spazio esterno per colazioni e pranzi con il sottofondo delle onde e le operazioni di disbrigo. A pochi minuti di auto si può raggiungere il centro di Pizzo oppure vari ristoranti e supermercati. Un ringraziamento particolare a Denis: attento, presente ma mai invasivo. Apprezzato la flessibilità di orario per le procedure di check in e check out, per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Sono stato due settimane con famiglia (con due bambini piccoli). Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa. Super consigliato
