Located in the best area of Asuncion, on the main avenue of the city and in the middle between the Old Center and the New Center, close to the 24-hour market and corner with the embassy of Brazil. There is no parking in the house, but in the front there are many trades with open spaces and the place is constantly guarded by the police. If you want an exciting experience in the city of Assuncion, I recommend this location.

Excellent stay at Alicia's house, it far exceeded our expectations, the house is impeccable, with a beautiful view, and Alicia is very kind and always attentive to every detail.

With my family we were very grateful for the hospitality and human warmth of Elba and his family who were very attentive to our needs during the stay. It is a very welcoming and enjoyable home that would undoubtedly return to that same home. Thank you very much for everything. We had a great stay at Juan Pedro’s apartment. The space is bright and comfortable, with amazing views from the big corner windows and a balcony to enjoy. It’s well-equipped with everything you need—good internet, a cozy and comfortable bed, a desk for working, a big comfy couch, and a big TV. The location is fantastic, with restaurants nearby, a convenience store just down the street, and easy walking access to Paseo Galleria and Shopping del Sol. The kitchen has all the essentials, and security at the building was very friendly and helpful. Juan Pedro was a great host—always responsive and ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Oh, and if you like plants, you’re in for a treat. The apartment has plenty of them. Thankfully, security can take care of the watering, so you won’t have to worry about accidentally inheriting a small jungle during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it.

Excellent accommodation. The only thing to improve is to check the air conditioners, especially the one in the living room, it didn't cool much. At 30 degrees it was barely bearable, but if it were in summer with more than 40 degrees, as it is in Paraguay, I would have canceled because of the heat, especially since the sun shines all afternoon.

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

Guys, I cannot recommend Rentu Rent enough. Eugenia and the team are honestly the best Airbnb’s house that I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed in this apartment for a month and they made sure I had everything I need from extra towers to toilet paper to kitchen towels, two extra pants and basically everything I asked for. Their service is top notch, and I definitely found my partners for stays in Asuncion . 10/10 would recommend
