The house was spotless and spacious. It was perfect having 2 full bathrooms for both families! It was an easy 5 minute walk to the bay beach, and the beach chairs were comfortable. Everything we needed to cook was present. Driving to Cape May was easy also. We would.come back!

Great stay for our family! The house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, we were walkable to a lot of dining options (and the beach, but we were there during a cold snap). We’d highly recommend it!

Bonnie was very responsive before, during, and after our stay. We had three families staying in the house and there was plenty of space, especially with kids upstairs and outside in fenced yard. Beautiful home. Walked to beach. Lots of extras in the house.

Loved staying at this cozy house in a quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants, fresh seafood and grocery stores. The house was very clean and a well stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, pots and pans). Loved the warm heating system too! No clutter (lots of space for our stuff). The best bathroom we have had since using Airbnb! We will be back!

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

We had an amazing time staying here! The location is perfect and the home was as pictured. The home itself is beautiful and spacious - great size for all of our guests. Super clean too! Natalie was a fantastic host! Very response and kind. Natalie allowed my family to check in early as we arrived early morning with a little one. The home was cozy and warm. We LOVED the couch, great for movie night!! Perfect location to visit nearby family. Easy check in and check out. We cant wait to return!!

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Franks place is very close to the bay with beautiful sunset views. Spent Christmas here with family. Plenty of room for time together and also for some quiet time. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch and the fireplaces added that extra cozy feeling. Would highly recommend for time in Cape May.
