Monthly Rentals in Cape Kiwanda

My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.

the pros of staying here: the bed was nice, the towels were soft, the place was clean and looked like the photos, there was a nice size tv the cons: the walk to the beach, it was about a minute walk to the board walk and the boardwalk took a couple minutes to the beach. but from there the hill was a 45 degree grade downhill. it was extremely difficult to get up and down especially with a baby. had to max out going up 2 times a day and was very sore and tired at that. there was another way to get to the beach we drove there but there was $10 parking fee.

For the price, this place cannot be beat! We went just myself, spouse,baby and two dogs for a getaway and loved all of the games provided in the house! Including giant connect 4! However, if you have a group of 8, this place could easily host it! Beautiful kitchen, fully stocked with everything to cook, two beautiful en-suite bedrooms, a baby high chair, I could go on and on! We loved staying here! The outdoor shower made it easy to spray our pups paws off after returning from the beach. (Which by the way is within walking distance from the house) Thank you for the stay! We look forward to coming again.
