Perfect weekend getaway. Very cozy, private and just enough space for the two of us. The hot tub was perfect to soak in and relax on a chilly day. The owner was generous in extending our checkout by quite some hours and provided amazing recommendations to check out around the area. I will definitely come back and recommend this to my other friends.

Great house, well stocked and set up for airbnb. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner with what they had in the cabinets, pretty much. Would stay there again.

This was out second stay here, and it was wonderful again! Great location centrally located, comfortable house with all the amenities, and Valle and David are super nice and so responsive! Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone in our party had their own space pretty much. The house was super clean. The walk to the beach was amazing, we were able to catch the sunrise - which was incredible! Old orchard beach was closed (off season) but we went to Portland and had a great time! Lots of parking at the house, which was great! The hot tub was super hot and fit a lot of us. Overall the house was massive/super clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had an amazing time! Thank you so much!

My fiancé & I enjoyed a relaxing night away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and this apartment was the perfect place for our staycation! We had dinner down the road at 104 Main, which was delicious! And finished the night with some foosball and a soak in the hot tub. The apartment was clean, and welcoming! Wendy was very easy to communicate with, and we are so grateful for her hospitality! Definitely would like to come back in the summer!!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay and loved utilizing the great amenities. The property was clean and felt very comfortable.

Paul's place is in a great location. We loved the privacy and the beautiful area. We walked our dogs and even enjoyed the snow. It was great to be in the cleanest hot tub enjoying the snow fall. We cooked our Thansgiving dinner with all the amenities of Paul's kitchen and sat at the table enjoying the view. Beds were very comfortable.Paul is helpful and kind and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. I look forward to going back! Thank you for hosting us!

My adult boys and brother came to visit for the Thanksgiving holidays and loved this AirBnB! They especially loved the hot tub to unwind after long days with friends and family. Robin and Peter were great at communicating.

Cozy and cute with waters views out almost every window in the house! Such a convenient location, short drive to Portsmouth and outlets. Warm and generous welcome, hosts are easy to reach with any questions. Had a quiet and relaxing Thanksgiving in “The Little House”.

Traveled to Maine for a girls trip. We had a great weekend at Sandy's place. There was plenty of room for the five of us. We used the pizza oven and enjoyed the large dining table for dinner and games at night. Would love to return again next year.

Laura's spot in Munjoy Hill is a dream. She is an incredibly attentive and involved host ensuring the stay in her home is nothing less than perfect. We would stay again in a heartbeat. We've vacationed in the Munjoy area for over 10 years now and can easily say there is no downtown portland view like that from the private balcony in Laura's spot. Proximity to the Promenade, Hilltop Superette, and FortSummer park is perfect -- not to mention a parking spot!! Breathtaking sunsets, incredible stay.

What a great place to stay! Great cabin, right on the water. Very private. Very quiet. Everything that you need for a long weekend or week stay. A+ to deal with.

Cammie's home was right out of a beautiful coastal homes magazine. The coastal furnishings and touches were fun and lent to the overall vibe of being near the beach and ocean. The beds were very comfortable with layers of warm, quality bedding. The kitchen was very nicely equipped with all the tools necessary to cook and dine in. The path to the beach was well-worn, leading to one of the most beautiful dawn to dusk, breathtaking views. Truly the nicest AirBnB experience I've had.

Second stay and I'll be back. It is easy to make yourself at home here. It's not fancy, it's comfortable - love the new sofa! The apartment is full of light even on grey winter days and the location between East Bayside and Munjoy can't be beat.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Every detail was as seen and described. Every room was immaculately clean and the whole place seems new. The beds are soooo comfortable! The location is so convenient to restaurants and shopping and beautiful scenic views and drives. We got immediate responses to any questions. Highly recommend this unit, hosts and we will definitely be back!

Always a pleasure to stay in one of Ace’s properties. This very private suite is actually part of the hotel, so you have to check in there first then drive to this location, but they are very close. This one (unit 10) was extremely private, quiet, great for our dog, really close to restaurants, shops, bars, and Cranmore ski area. Probably the nicest AirBNB place we’ve stayed in yet, for our specific needs.

The condo was cozy, clean and easy to find. Christopher was very responsive and gave very clear directions about everything! We stayed in December, so the area was quiet and easy to get around. Perfect for a weekend away!

She was very helpful. The condo was amazing! Beautiful views, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. Great location, you can walk to shops and restaurants. We went in the fall, so it was very peaceful.

Great place to stay in Ogunquit area! The cottage is exactly as described, and well located between Wells and Ogunquit - you do need a car to get around easily as others have said. This is a fantastic place to stay with kids - having the pool facilities especially is great as a break from the beach. Julie and Derek left great advice as well as flexibility on check-in - thanks again!

This was the perfect place for a girl's weekend. Very close to Kittery and Portsmouth shops, great seafood restaurants and State Park beaches. We were lucky the temperature was cool, as a lot of the windows didn't have screens and were too hard to open. I assumed maybe the owners haven’t fully switched over to summer mode as it's been cold up till recently. Wonderful decor, very whimsical.

Sandra's place had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway! AS soon as we walked in we were in love. Spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook dinner for 4. Beautiful living room with sliding door to a balcony and spectacular views of the mountains. Master bedroom with comfortable bed, soft clean linens and private bathroom with plenty of towels and basic toiletries. Second bedroom with soft and comfortable bunk beds and bathroom right across the hallway. I would definitely recommend Sandra's place and hopefully we will come back one day too!!

Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. It was very peaceful and was just what we needed to getaway with our pups.
