Townhome vacation rentals in Cape Cod Bay

My husband and I have been coming to Provincetown for 40 years, in-season and -off season. We especially like coming in the winter now, and the Court Street Hideaway Townhouse is our favorite property so far because of the layout, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, expansive deck (for those who come in the summer) and the natural light that comes streaming into the living area. The kitchen island is a great place to hang out if cooking dinner, and the dining table is real gem! Did I mention dimmers? Every place should have them, and you won’t be disappointed here. The townhouse is a close walk (within 2 min) to the grocery store, and 5 minutes to our favorite restaurants on Commercial Street. It’s the most comfortable airbnb where we have stayed in P’town, and we’ve been to lots of places! Richard, our host, was friendly and attentive, and was on call if we had any questions and responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Michelle was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to our stay. The house was easy to find, good neighborhood, perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Parking was included which was awesome. The T was easy to walk to so we could go downtown every day easily. The host recommendation for Lulu’s Allston was spot on, it was nearby and great. We felt right at home and had a wonderful stay and check out was also easy. Thank you Michelle for hosting a wonderful place!

Amazing house for a family. Each floor has its own space— a bedroom and bathroom. They even left Boston Red Sox hats for us! It was perfect for Boston marathon weekend and would visit again. My niece and nephew (ages 4 and 5) loved the twin bed room!

My family had a great weekend at Kristin’s house. I love this Beautiful, clean, well maintained property. The fire pit is great for marshmallow. We did not get to use the lovely pool because it got really cold at night. Bonus: filtered water from fridge, blinds + curtain, skylight in bathroom.

I went with a group of girls and it was perfect for what we needed! It was so cute and spacious. It was too cold for us to utilize the roof top deck area but on a warm sunny day it would be perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to get ready. All the bedrooms were big as well. The location was walkable to everything! Parking was great as well and easy. The host responded to all my questions very quickly. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. I would definitely recommend!!!

I have never rented a house that was so well-stocked with everything we didn’t even know we needed! They thought of everything! The house was clean and exactly as pictured. It was a great location because we were traveling back and forth to various towns for my nephew’s lacrosse tournament.

The lock-box was very difficult to open, to get keys. It would be helpful to have some brief instructions for dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Carl was very helpful on the phone and came over twice. WE highly recommend the cottage.

Great stay; exactly as described. We were only there for 2 nights, but it was a great place in Yarmouth!

We absolutely loved Tina’s air bnb. It was very easy to get to the place, clean, easy check-in and check out. Tina provided a lot of amenities that we forgot to pack, there were a ton of fresh towels, sheets, and blankets, and the space was very comfortable for the 7 of us. The best part about the airbnb is the location, we were quick walks and uber rides away from everything we needed. Thank you so much Tina for a wonderful week.

So happy we found Ann’s place for our girls weekend to Newport to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Ann’s townhome could not have been more perfect. Clean, new,, Cozy, beautiful natural light, a gas fireplace that we Floridians definitely used, private parking, quiet, very comfortable beds, lovely linens, great location, and the list goes on…Ann was an excellent host, responding immediately and offering quick answers. She provided an excellent area guide which we utilized. She also sent us gals info on a local boutique sample sale that was occurring during our stay and we took advantage of the opportunity. We are already talking about our next girls trip to Newport and will definitely reserve Ann’s townhome, if available. Thank you Ann!

The location and home were even better than expected! The hosts were responsive yet still gave us plenty of privacy, to the point that felt like it was a single unit home. They had a binder with helpful information and great local recommendations, which was awesome. Caught a beautiful sunset from the benches overlooking the water down at the end of the street. The location was exactly what we needed. We were in town for an event near Harvard Square, and we were easily able to walk there from this house. It is set back from the street a bit so it was quiet. We brought in our own Keurig pods, half and half, yogurt and granola, so we didn't have to do any cooking, but it looked like the kitchen was equipped just fine for simple meals. The beds were comfortable. Having one bathroom for three people was manageable. Overhead lighting was fine for our purposes but for a longer stay or for working, you may want to bring your own desk lamp. Wifi was good. The host was responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Camille’s place was perfect for a group of myself and three friends as a base to explore boston and further afield. The house was cozy and comfortable and in a nice quiet neighbourhood but had good access to the red line to get into boston. Theres also a small number of nice coffee and drink /food spots just down the road which suited us perfectly. It was exactly what we were looking for and would recommend for anyone who doesn t mind not staying in downtown. Thanks

Clean and welcoming environment! Easy to drive into Boston and visit all the tourist attractions. Eryka was very responsive and clear on instructions. I do want to note that parking space is extremely tight. Other than that, had a wonderful stay.

Great clean unit. Lots of stairs but wasn't a problem for us. Well renovated and welcoming. Best thing was the host answered my questions at 1am and 2am which was very helpful after a long delayed flight.

Austin was an excellent host and his OASIS in Watertown, MA was a true value for us. It is in a convenient location with easy access to Cambridge and Boston either through Mass Pike or back roads. The property was spotlessly clean. It is furnished with an elegant and contemporary taste. With three bedrooms, a living room/kitchen area, the spacious place accommodates a large group comfortably and aptly. The cool breeze from the central air added an extra layer of comfort in the midst of sweltering heat wave that engulfed Boston during our stay. Everything worked. Austin was easy to reach and quick to communicate. He also developed an encyclopedia for his offering in his house manual with information that made our stay deceptively effortless. We will choose his offering next time, if the need arise. Thank you, Austin.

Stayed at Sonnys place for a concert at Gillette with a bunch of friends. 15 mins down rt 1. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Great place with a larger group for any event in the area. Thanks again!

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb in Orleans, MA! The location was perfect—close to both the beach and charming local shops. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great recommendations for local activities. A peaceful, relaxing getaway in a beautiful part of Cape Cod—I’d definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Anda's place for our daughter's graduation. We did not spend much time there as we were busy with activities but overall it was a great experience and stay. We managed to find parking on the street both nights and the parking pass was a great touch! The place was very clean, totally updated and the shower was incredible! We would definitely recommend staying here.

The townhome is very cute, decorated perfectly to give you a MV feel, with cooling on the second floor and beautiful cross breeze from the outdoor patio.
