We love our stay here! The house had everything we needed and more. It was easy to find, and the views were amazing. We spent the whole time outside in the nature, and we loved how quiet it was. Kevin was easy to reach for any questions we had, and we appreciated his help. We would definitely come back here in the future.

We loved our stay at Kevin and Joans place! It was very well stocked with everything our family needed for the beach trip, from a great golf cart, beach toys, chairs, toys/games for the house and all the kitchen supplies you need. the place itself was clean, thoughtfully decorated and had an amazing private backyard with a hot tub that we used every night. Would highly recommend and will be back!

A perfect stay! The house is a great layout, perfectly appointed, and a fantastic yard with plenty of amenities. The town is a very short drive which is an easy trade for the space and privacy of the location of the home. Would absolutely recommend!

We could not be happier to have chose Mandy & Kevin’s place for our Norfolk vacation! The home had ample space for our family to spread out and truly was SO UNBELIEVABLY WELL STOCKED. Spices, condiments, cooking spray, cleaning supplies, and so much more. Honestly, it was so wonderful knowing we had Tupperware for lunches at the beach, kid friendly plates, bowls, cups and cutlery. There was ample beach toys (the beach wagon was a life saver) and while the walk to the beach was a breeze, not all cars stop for pedestrians and tiny toddlers may not do the walk independently as easily. Overall we have nothing but positive things to say and highly recommend this spot for small families (so kid friendly!) looking for a peaceful and perfect kid friendly beach experience.

My wife is a bit of a planner so scheduling a last-minute getaway is not something I do often, but I'm so glad I did. This was exactly what we needed, A few days away from the stresses of life and family. This home met all of those needs. It was quiet, secluded and overall a very beautiful location and home. It had everything we needed and more. The small towns of White Stone and Kilmarnock offered many fantastic food options which we definitely took advantage of. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. We have already started looking to see if we can plan a trip here with the whole family. Thanks again to our host who was very responsive and helped answer all of our questions.

My family had the pleasure of renting this wonderful home, and I must say it exceeded all our expectations. The location was ideal, with both private and public beach access a short drive away. This home is located on a peaceful street, allowing for a good night’s rest. The house itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a second home. The attention to detail in terms of amenities and extras was impressive. What truly made our experience stand out was the exceptional communication and hospitality provided by the host. Their instructions were clear, concise, and extremely helpful, making it easy for us to settle in and make the most of our short stay. Cape Charles is a charming town, with its quaint shops, restaurants, and theater all conveniently located on Mason Avenue, making it easy to explore and find everything we needed. We had the best time at the farmhouse! The house is as described. Definitely a wonderful opportunity to unplug. The bedding was amazing and Eleanor and her husband were quick to respond with a downstairs AC unit which was a game changer! We loved our flight tasting at the winery and bought a bottle to take home. Great porch sitting time. Read the story of the farm - so interesting. Thanks for your hospitality!

This Airbnb was perfect for a weekend getaway. The place was conveniently close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is pristine and I felt very comfortable and safe during my stay. The bed was very comfortable too!

Great spot in Bay Creek for a family stay! Quiet neighborhood, convenient to “downtown” Cape Charles by golf cart, and comfortable furnishings and living space in the condo. Would stay again!

It was a wonderful stay in an absolutely gorgeous location. The back deck has an incredible view of the marshes and it’s very quiet and peaceful. I appreciated the lack of electronics during our brief stay. Kyle (the caretaker) was very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do and was immediately responsive if we noticed something missing like towels or paper towels. Maggie is very on top of answering questions and coordinating check in times. I would definitely stay again!

Pictures did not do justice home is absolutely beautiful !! The pool was suppose to be heated but it was not that was disappointing for my kids and grandkids i wish they would take that off the website because that's the main reason I booked this home .I wanted them to be able to swim because they all love to swim . And the price to travel back and forth between the homes location and virgina beach cost you 32 dollars a day during the week and 42 dollars on the weekend but I will say Kiptopeke state park is right there and my kids and grandkids rode bikes down and found some really cool sea shells. If you ride bikes that are provided at the house its free to get in if you drive it's 7 dollars a day to park . But like i said the home itself was absolutely gorgeous . The barbecue place was a good place to eat. The shanty down town not so much . But there are some cute shops downtown to walk through.

This AirBnB was amazing! The line of communication from the day that I booked to the day we left was so comforting. I had messages on the day of arrival, checking on us and then received a welcome message as soon as we arrived. We walked in to a perfectly clean and beautifully decorated home, that even offered snacks, drinks, and many supplies that made our stay so easy. G-I even gave us a recommendation for pizza delivery. The furniture and decor was inviting and so comfortable. The view from both the upper and lower decks was relaxing and the patio furniture offered a wide variety of options. Hampton is a smaller and quiet town and was very easy to navigate. We spent time at the beach, which was not busy and the parking was close and free. We also drive to Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The drive was not bad and we seemed to be centrally located to allow easy access to the major roads. All in all, this rental made our stay easy and enjoyable. I am going to be back in this area in April and if I need the space and comfort that this rental offered, I will definitely be rebooking.
