Great spot, would stay again with out question

My husband, daughter and I went up to Cape Breton from Halifax to enjoy the fall colours and also catch a few of the Celtic Colourrs concert during Thanks Giving weekend. Although the weather was really miserable on the drive, we were happy to be greated by Rene on our arrival. The appartment is very nice decorated, well equipped and clean. The hot tub was a bonus to be enjoyed even with a slight drizzle on both nights that we stayed there. Rene and Jim were fast to respond to our questions throughout our stay and afterwards. The views on the lake are great and if it had been a bit warmer, we would have gladly taken them out. Rene and Jim have a really cute garden with fresh produce. We used the lettuce and herbs to make a salad and cook a meal. I would recommend their place to others

We enjoyed our visit in Big Bras D'Or. With your own transport you easily get to many attractions in Cape Breton like the Miners museum in Glace Bay, Alexander Graham Bell museum in Baddeck, the Cabot Trail, and Celtic Colours Festival events. The accomodations were excellent and the hosts very friendly

Was a lovely place to stay!! They had everything we needed for our one night there. Super cozy and they were quick to respond if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the area!!

This is a lovely lower-level apartment in a beautiful setting! Had so much space and everything we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. Sara was such a sweet host! Apartment is clean, quiet, cozy and the view is unbeatable. Definitely would stay here again if we're in the Bras d'Or area.

Great location. Very clean and within walking distance to everywhere that we needed to go. easy check in and check out. Nice to have parking and hosts that were available had we needed anything. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a great place to stay in the lovely town of Baddeck! The house is older with lots of character and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was easy walking distance to both groceries and a restaurant. It was a good central location for Sydney, the Fortress of Louisbourg, and the Cabot trail. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

This place was amazing. Facing the west, its having a beautiful sunset over the Gulf of St Lawrence and in dark it’s a skygazer’s paradise. The pine trees around the property blocks the outside light so was able to see clear Milky Way and Northern lights right in front from the lawn. The place is very close to the two major restaurants of pleasant bay. The house was neat and clean and it had all amnesties more than we expected. Games, telescope, modern kitchen utensils etc. The view was great from the living room, kitchen and even from the master bedroom. It’s very serene and private and all you can hear is the beautiful sound of rolling waves. The host was very helpful and responsive and Daniel’s mom was a wonderful woman too.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The cottage was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The lake view was a highlight, and we spent many relaxing hours enjoying it. The location was ideal, with easy access to hiking trails which we enjoyed thoroughly. Michael was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. We can't wait to return!

Such a cozy home with all the amenities you might be looking for. The sunny outdoor back deck was perfect for morning coffee and a dip in the hot tub. The magnificent tv was great for a movie and even steamed a crackling fire for a background. The bathroom is fully stocked and has has a washer and dryer that fit right in. The kitchen has all appliances including an air fryer/toaster oven, lovely fully stocked keurig coffee and tea station, fun dishes for snacks and meals. The house and the deck are accented with gorgeous plants of all kinds. Living, well tended, beautiful plants! The decorating is perfection with natural elements like baskets and lighting that is warm and subtle. The bed was so comfortable! Nice pillows, soft sheets comfy quilt, good morning shade for sleeping late. Mark had great suggestions for activities, food, pubs, music, hikes, day trips. You are so close to the water, beach hikes, the Low Point Lighthouse and more. Such a great spot. Thanks for sharing it!!!

We had a great stay at Ocean Echo. Location was perfect and the property was beautiful. It was well equipped with anything you could possibly need, they didn’t miss a detail. Would highly recommend this place for a stay!

I have been staying at Airbnb‘s all over the world for at least 10 years and this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the location is. Perched on top of a hill, the house has huge windows everywhere so that you can admire the view. Below, there is the river, and in the distance, the church spire and mountains. Mark was an extraordinary host, checking on me regularly and going above and beyond anything ☝️ could expect. He gave me lots of great suggestions of places to visit and things to do. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the house is extremely comfortable. Honestly, I had to force myself to go out and explore because it was so wonderful and peaceful being here. I shall return!

Priyanka’s place was everything we hoped it would be. We took extended day trips from this location in multiple directions and found it to be nicely centralized for all of the places we visited during our stay. It was so nice to come back each afternoon to such a quality home and to enjoy the hot tub and pool in the evenings. There were beautiful sunrises on two mornings and rainbows on two others. We hope to be back again next year!

Lili’s Airbnb is conveniently located along the Cabot Trail. Beautiful scenery and quiet area when we were there in November. The condo is modern and new with all amenities a family would need. Very well maintained and clean. Lili was very responsive to messages and provided all the information we needed for check-in and check-out. We hope to be back there next summer!

Place was very modern and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Great view of the coast. Rick was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. I give this place top marks.

We enjoyed our stay at Fara's place. The unit seemed brand new, was clean with a comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. The view was beautiful. The location was great for hikes and activities on the eastern side of Cape Breton National Park, and a good starting place for driving the Cabot Trail over to Cheticamp. We happened to be there during the Celtic Colours festival and were able to attend some of the dinners and concerts in that area. Fara communicated well, sending detailed instructions about the place beforehand and checking in with us a couple of times during our stay. I highly recommend Fara's place when staying in this area.

The property is really big, great for large groups. the river behind the property is great and you can see lots of wildlife. Cameron was very responsive and accommodating. the house is very well stocked with dishes and cleaning supplies. the driveway is quite steep, only thing I would keep in mind if driving a lolow vehicle. lots to do in the area too.
