Vacation rentals with a pool in Canterbury

We had a wonderful time in Christchurch and loved staying in this cosy home near the beach. Beth and Gary were great hosts. We would love to come back in the future!

It was breathtaking. The views from the house were some of the best I have ever witnessed. It was such a beautiful and big house. The deck with the hot tub over looking the lake was heaven. The whole house was just perfection. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Just dreamy.

It was a real treat staying at this Airbnb. Even better than the photos. It was exciting and had so many interesting things to amuse both kids and adults the whole time. Extremely well fenced and secure too, so no worries about kids roaming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Nick was super friendly and took the time to show us around. So wonderful what he’s doing restoring these historic buildings and making them available for us all to enjoy. Also, great fish and chip shop and supermarket less than 5 mins drive away. We will be back one day!

We loved our stay as property was perfect for our small group. The pool and bbq area are great for enjoying time with family and friends. Would highly recommend.

A resort-like gem, yet easily accessible! Upon arrival we were a bit worried about the noise from the highway, but that was not bad at all and the great spot, pool, well appointed rooms and responsive host made it a joy to stay here. No full kitchen, but a well-setup BBQ and sink area outside made up for it. Really enjoyed our stay, and will be back.

Amazing place. Beautiful inside and out (pool, patio dining, garden), modern, and immaculate. Everything was high quality from five star bedding to the well equipped kitchen. Hostess Jules was very responsive and friendly…The property sits in a nice neighborhood high above Christchurch, and our favorite part was on the other side (a short drive) - Taylor’s Mistake Beach and the world class walking trail above and past it. I don’t normally write reviews, but this place was really nice.

It was very close to the airport and much more spacious and nice than the pictures.It was nice to have ingredients in the fridge so I could pack a sandwich in the morning.

My friends and I stayed in this lovely unit for a weekend away. The location was perfect for us coming from Auckland with everything in walking distance! The space was great for our group of 7 with a great living area it was perfectly spacious. We would 100% recommend this AirBnB for anyone who is looking for accomodation in Christchurch.

A great Airbnb experience. Exactly as described and very thoughtfully set up for guests. Right in the centre in a fabulous historic building. Car parking space invaluable in the city. Pretty much everything you want to see is within sensible walking distance including a huge number of restaurants.
