Mrs. Antonella is a truly perfect Host. From the start of the reservation until check-out, you were always there, worrying that everything was going well. And, I have to say, everything went really well. The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more to spend a wonderful vacation. The location of the apartment is enviable. Just a 3-minute walk from the Giovinazzo promenade, which is truly an Apulian splendor; and just a 5-minute walk from the historic center of Giovinazzo...and what a historic center. Ultimately a super vacation. I will definitely be back. Thank you Mrs. Antonella.

Exceptional host, always responsive, answered all our questions and concerns! He waited for us when we arrived, he welcomed us as if we were friends! The house is brand new, with all the comforts, just as described! I wanted to make a note in the welcome that was more than great! Water, coffee, juices and stats for children, oil of their production, makeup and basic kits, biscuits and taralli! These are small precautions that in my opinion still make arrival welcoming! The Host is very nice, very helpful and always available to give directions! I also specify that the house is equipped with very quiet fixtures! Although in the center, a 5-minute walk from the city's sea, 2 minutes from a beautiful park and downtown, closing the windows seemed to be in the countryside! No noise, then with the two air conditioners, it's super easy to stay cool! Highly recommended and if we were to return to Trani, we already know where to stay!

Well located and well-stocked accommodation, especially for the kitchen equipped with every comfort and clean (pots, dishes, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). The bedroom is also comfortable with enough space to store clothes. The area is central and well-stocked. Hosts available and discreet. The only disadvantage is the bathroom, a little small, which would need some maintenance work to bring it as a kitchen and a bedroom.

Emilia Anna is more than a super host. She made us feel like family as soon as we arrived. The loft was exquisite, clean, and spacious. Very well equipped for all our needs. Emilia was always attentive and responsive and a great source of information for the area. She responded to all of our questions with lightning speed. Thank you Emilia and we look forward to coming back to Barletta in the future.

We stayed for a few days, and immediately felt at home. The apartment was clean and beautiful, just like the pictures. Centrally located. Valerio was a present host at the right time and very kind. We'll definitely be back.

Me and my friend absolutely loved everything about that place. It was clean and in the center of everything, close to every market, sea, train station and really great restaurants. The host was super helpful always answered when we needed something. We had a lovely experience I highly recommend that place for traveling to Barletta. The city is also really atmospheric and very beautiful 😄😊

Great apartment, very individual. In an old house right in the center. Private access, several floors, tastefully furnished, typical of the old houses with few windows and therefore little light. I thought the place was great and can recommend it.

Fantastic experience! The property is located right in the center of the port of Trani, you can reach it on foot from the Railway station (about 10 minutes) and from there it is convenient to get around the town. The strengths were definitely the cleanliness and ample supply of appliances - for example, despite not having windows, the accommodation always has "fresh" air inside thanks to the adjustable air conditioning and the Dyson air purifier. In addition, Michele was very kind and ready to answer any of my questions. We found, upon our arrival, some things to eat welcome and - very important during this time - of the water already in the fridge. Therefore, I can only recommend the accommodation to those who want to live a period of relaxation and "worldly" life at the same time, always feeling at home. We will definitely come back to this place if we go to Trani again:)

This is a lovely place, with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. close to the sea, in one of the most beautiful streets in the historic Giovinazzo, we would recommend it to anyone. We are a family of 4, this flat was excellent also for a vacation with two small kids.

A little slice of paradise

The place is really beautiful, in a nice quiet location, a few minutes from the sea. We would come back any time. We loved it and definitely recommend it:) everything went smoothly and we had a very nice, relaxing vacation. Not far away, is the train station, you can explore the area here superbly. Really great vacation.

The apartment situated in the old town is charming, with a mini balcony where you can sit and a wonderful terrace on the top of the roof. In Andia, everything is within reach, with few tourists, so you can really feel the pulse of the city. Vincenzo is available all the time. He took us on a tour of the former residences under the house and it was amazing. A lovely apartment and a city with a soul, it won us over.

The place was just as Marianna described, we were literally steps from the beach. Air condition worked very well and the apartment was clean, the shower was a little tight, but the water pressure was amazing. Having a parking spot was also a plus since we traveled during the day there was no worries about having to find parking.

A clean, stylishly decorated apartment in a charming town. Modern kitchen and bathroom with amenities. Comfortable bedroom and living room. Small balcony, laundry area. 5 min to train station and beautiful old town. Next to a greengrocer, delicatessen, bakery, fresh seafood shop. A few great restaurants within a 10-minute walk. An apartment great for a stay in Puglia, perfectly connected to Bari, 15 min by train to Bari and from there trains to all towns. Perfect for feeling a real Italian vibe, no tourists, rest and relaxation. We'll be back and highly recommend!

I would recommend Paolo's apartment to everyone. The apartment itself is really beautiful! Very large space and super cozy furnishings. Because it is Paolo's own house, it also feels really hot because there are things like a good coffee machine/ vegetable garden outside with basil plant/ books. This will make you feel at home right away! In addition, the price-quality ratio is mega good with large bedroom and bathroom and two beautiful terraces, overlooking the coast and Barletta. We ate a lot of evenings at home because the roof terrace was so beautiful! The air conditioning also works very well. However, the kitchen (oven and dishwasher) were slightly outdated but you get so much in return that this doesn't matter. Furthermore, the location is top with beach/ restaurants and bars within walking distance. Furthermore, Paolo and Claudia (his daughter) were very helpful with places to recommend and give tips about the area and checked in with us during the week how things went. We enjoyed it!
