Everything as in the listing, comfortable, organized, cozy and clean, except for the whirlpool in the pool area that had dirty water and a lot of dirt residue on the edges of the tub.

Guilherme very good host, although he did not receive us, he was very friendly and attentive to any concerns. The premier hotel, the spectacular attention as well as the facilities. We really enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely pick it again.

Great location, very close to the train and the mall. Very nice view. Apartamento has everything, microwaves and even a cooktop.

I went with my husband and two young children, it was wonderful days, the children loved everything, Edgar promptly answered all my questions, very considerate. I didn't even want to leave the hotel! As for Edgar, everything was perfect, the only problem was that on the last day we couldn't enjoy the pools because the indoor pool was closed for maintenance and at the same time they also closed the outdoor pool due to a problem with bees that would be captured by an expert, and so we were without a pool, which made the children sad. But in short it was soooo worth it!!

It was spectacular. The hotel is fantastic and the attention Adriano Renato gave us was sensational, very attentive, helpful and considerate. Breakfast is a true gastronomic feast. The bath is excellent and the bed is very cozy. We will certainly return!!!!

We had a wonderful experience in the stay we had at Laghetto Golden Resort, Gabriela was very agile in everything that was requested during our negotiation, the place is very new inaugurated less than 1 years ago, the structure is excellent and super indicated for families with children, where the structure of the Resort is welcoming and aimed at a perfect experience, the fact that it is a standard structure Laghetto a reference in Serra Gaúcha is the guarantee of a perfect choice.

Second time staying in this place incrivél! Cleda was very attentive and promptly answered my doubts! The venue has room service and has a microwave, if you need dishes you can pick up at the Resort restaurant. It was wonderful!

All great and super well served

Franciele, extremely pleasant , was always on hand to assist . We had previously stayed at the hotel , I have 2 children and really worth it for those who have children , especially for the well-structured kids space and with helpers from 09:00 to 22:00. The hotel also has a restaurant that offers all meals . Wonderful Hotel Infrastructure, we'll definitely be back.

Our family was greeted with affection and attention to the smallest details, there was even a handwritten welcome note! Polite, kind, and proactive staff. Super nice property, extremely clean, comfortable and cozy! The hotel's facilities are wonderful: indoor pool at ideal temperature, recreational space that served our children very well (1 7-year-old boy and 1 17-month-old girl), they didn't want to leave. Our difficulty was to get the children out of the hotel to do the tours on the street, because they simply did not want to leave. The hotel's food is amazing, a wide variety on the menu, all made with excellence and served in a special way. The passion fruit and lemon cheesecakes were the best I've ever eaten! Simply wonderful! Rodrigo, our host, attentive, always answered us quickly and accurately, clarified all our doubts, helped us in everything. It was a sensational tour! Thank you Rodrigo!

Our stay at Buona Vitta was wonderful! Worth too much, all impeccable, resort staff are polite and helpful, royal breakfast and high-end accommodations! I recommend to everyone who is looking to relax on their vacation at this location! Diego was enlightening and took away all our doubts, letting us know everything. Really a great choice!
