Constructed with a blend of wood and cement it maintains the original Creole architectural style developed between the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. It has a grand living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and dining room and one bathroom. It also has a garage and two patios, one accessed privately through the master bedroom. We loved the location and the pool. the keys weren't opening the gate of the parking. we entered because one wasn't locked. In our opinion, the furniture was too old (scratched seats), There wasn't any mattress protection on the sofa-bed. the pool was clean but the outdoor furniture is really dirty. we didn't have hot water in the shower. I would definitely recommend this place if the furniture is renewed and the locks checked, and the general condition of the studio updated. Nothing impeded us to have a good stay.

This house was very well located. Transitable and restaurants and places of interest very close by. Love the high ceilings and the old look of the house. Bed was comfortable. Noice of the cars passing by the street can be disturbing to light sleepers like me. ( My husband didn’t notice 😆 though) Overall very good experience, love the patio. We would stay again.

Upon my arrival at Oacis I felt immediately at home. Luis greeted me with the most affectionate smile. As Luis led me to the room he explained the rules of the house in a casual commutative style. They were very simple, enjoy your stay and let me know what else you may need. The room was exactly as pictured and more. It was clean, comfortable with natural light, fresh towels and linens. Included in the the price of the stay was “free breakfast” and it was not one of those typical breakfast Fresh eggs, hot coffee, bacon and toast, fresh fruit etc. all made to order. I cannot say enough about his hospitality and care. I fell in love with Oacis. The location is within seconds of the main attraction, the plaza and “El Parque de Bombas. The location was perfect. My advice book your stay here. Shout out to Juan, Jacob and Rich who ironically lived in the same town as me in WV. I arrived as a customer and left a family member. Thanks Luis for your attention to details and continue success ❤️

This is a very charming colonial boutique hotel. Very beautiful, check in instructions easy to follow. Rooms is exactly as pictured. Very clean. Available parking in front of the hotel in the street. We arrived at night and were greeted by Xavier in front desk, very friendly and helpful, he recommended us places. You have many options in walking distance from the hotel. Morning coffee and breakfast near ny the hotel. We just spent one night and we loved it. Definitely won’t be our last.
