Excellent! My husband and I had a pleasant stay. Secure apartment with an entry code, quiet neighborhood, clean apartment, well-stocked and well-equipped, Flore took great care of us. I recommend it, go for it!

Suitable for a short trip to Paris. Bus and metro nearby, actually quiet location (but of course normal big city noises). The apartment is conveniently equipped, all important kitchen utensils are available ( all as described). Of course, we have read before that the apartment is on the 6th floor and is prepared for it. Possibly 2 normal extra chairs would be nice, but probably these can be poorly integrated into the apartment. A clear plus is that you can darken the bedroom directly with electric blinds. Generally a good apartment with a French feel. The communication with Vincent worked excellently. We would come again for a short trip. Frank and Antje

The location is unbeatable for enjoying the most beautiful and bohemian Paris!! There is an elevator that helps with the luggage and it has a view towards a garden that is very nice, The apartment is a very good size, Aurélie is friendly and attentive, always ready to answer any questions immediately

This is a gorgeous little apartment in a trendy neighbourhood of Paris. Each balcony has a great view of the Sacre Coeur. The studio is small, but not cramped and it's very nicely decorated. There's lots of restaurants in the area and there are plenty of bus stops and metro stations nearby. Really recommend this place for a couple or a solo traveller.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Guillaume and Penelope's apartment. We arrived at the apartment a couple of hours earlier than the check-in time as the host allowed us to drop off our luggage. We were met by Nacim who gave us a tour of the place and provided us with necessary instructions. Accessing the apartment later that afternoon was a breeze and without any difficulty. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped as described. The bed and the pull-out sofa bed were very comfortable and we all slept very well after a long day of sightseeing. Its central location was also a plus, which provided convenient and easy access to major attractions via metro and walking. We would highly recommend Guillaume and Penelope's place for anyone wanting to explore Paris.

Great location near train stations (400 feet), cafes, Boulangeries, and restaurants! Very spacious and well appointed apartment one floor above ground level and they have an elevator. Host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this apartment!

I have stayed in several short term rental units in Paris and this was hands down my favorite. Perfect for a trip to soak up the city and comfortably relax and sleep. I will seek out this property again next time !!

Our flights were very delayed and our hosts were very flexible with our checkin time. This gated building has a lovely cool courtyard and several ways to exit depending on where you are going.

We had a very good stay with 5 people. The area was wonderfully quiet and there are nice restaurants and cafes in the cozy neighborhood. Perfect place as a base for discovering Paris. 3 sleeping places can be reached with a laser, two on one level. Nice atmosphere, contact with Pauline was very easy and pleasant. We'd love to come back!

The place was amazing to stay. Clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to montmarte. The train station is 3 minutes walk. Definitely recommend

Bonjour! Thank you Bernadette! This place really felt like a Parisian home! Our host communicated clearly before arrival, and during the stay. Gave good tips on Montmartre and reminded us to book tickets earlier for places of interest. This location is very near Metro, RER, and of course only takes a few minutes walk to Eiffel Tower! Apartment is well furnished and well kept! Friendly neighbors too. Bernadette provided us with the best pain au chocolate and croissants too! Many thanks! Had a great stay. The location was close to many attractions and restaurants, and the space was very quiet and private. When I had some trouble unlocking the front door, Fabrice was very quick to help!

It was a comfortable and clean room.The response is quick and polite.You need to go up to the 3rd floor by stairs, so please be careful when coming with a large suitcase.

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was great and nestled in a private courtyard. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within a few minute walk and the adjacent park was beautiful. The apartment was well accommodated and very clean. We highly recommend this place and it was a big part of making our first visit to Paris memorable.

Lovely comfortable apartment in a great location for public transport. Good range of local shops and bars, with lovely patisserie and boulangeries in the area. The apartment is on the third floor, which keeps you fit, but that means you can see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window.
