This was an amazing experience. We were unsure about living off grid for a week, but there were no shortages of power or water and the cabin had everything we needed to make our 7 day stay comfortable and memorable. Once inside, you forget that you are inside shipping containers as the "Octopod" is very cozy and comfortable. Even with outside temperatures near 30*C, the interior was cool which was welcoming since there is no AC. We were also able to use the interior fireplace to warm things up when we had a couple of nights that were Around 10*C. Victoria was attentive and answered any question I had and even wanted to know our kids interests so she could suggest activities for them. An incredible, quiet and relaxing spot, we plan to book again.

Lyne is very kind and the suite is very large with a well equipped kitchen. She especially bought milk for us. Bus stop is near the house, which can take us to the old town

For a last minute decision on taking time away, this place was perfect. Very easy to find, very cozy, and very peaceful, which is exactly what I needed. If I could make a couple of suggestions, it would be to have a deep clean for the refrigerator (previous guests must have left something or spilled something that left a very sour, spoiled smell that actually seeped into most of the food I brought for the trip so that was a little disappointing) and I would also like to recommend getting a small set of curtains for the little window by the bed. Will these minor set backs stop me from returning? Absolutely not. With this being Justin and Emma’s first year hosting, they’re doing an amazing job and I cannot wait for the opportunity to return! Thank you so much again for accommodating last minute as well!

What a great cabin! It was the perfect place for my husband, son and I to spend our Thanksgiving. We cooked full dinners and dessert, (the kitchen had everything we needed), we played games and watched soccer (the living space was comfortable, clean, and spacious with a great view of the trees!) Julie was communicative and responsive although anything we could have needed was already thought of and explained beforehand. Lastly, the area is beautiful and so many trails for us and our dog to explore! we barely scratched the surface. We would definitely love to return again!

Such a lovely lil get away! Every detail of the space was so intentional and beautifully picked. This is truly the perfect cozy space, it is close enough to town where we were able to walk to grab dinner at amazing breweries, coffees at really cozy cafes and walking distance to many local trails! The space itself is located in what feels like your own personal forest and waking up to the trees every morning is such a dream. For anyone looking for a relaxing peaceful weekend - could not recommend more. :) We hope to come back & visit again!

Staying at Erin’s little place is great! This is our 2nd stay and even though it rained, we had a lovely cozy time in the cabin! Very private with all the cozy comforts you need! We can’t wait to visit in the snow! 🤗

My fiancé and I were looking to get away to Moncton for the weekend last minute but couldn't find a hotel. I managed to find this hidden gem 35 minutes away only two days before we left. Booking was a breeze! Kyle, the host, is fantastic to deal with and makes you feel right at home. This space is far more functional than a hotel room; the view is just the cherry on top!

Had a wonderful stay at the Seacan for 2 nights. Loved the sauna, hot tubs, and well-appointed bathroom. Following the example of previous reviewers, I used the wood-fired hot tub as a cold plunge to enjoy a private Nordic spa experience. Glorious!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Devin was a communicative and respectful host. It’s clear they’re very passionate about their space and where they live. The way the space has been put together is very thoughtful and lets the natural beauty of the area shine. Extremely peaceful location, with direct private access to the beach. You won’t regret booking here! If we ever come back to PEI, we will be rebooking.

Nice place and host was very nice

We had a great time and what a beautiful place! The hosts were so responsive and helpful, we were impressed with how thought out and organized everything was. The place was spotless and very cozy. A private spot with only a couple of neighbors made for a relaxing stay! We definitely recommend, although be mindful while booking that there is quite a steep hill to get to and from the water so mobility wise if you have a 4 wheeler it's easier but definitely still worth it. We will keep this one on our list to rebook again in the future! Thanks ☺️

This was our third Thanksgiving weekend at Michael's place and our families always love our time there. The expansive property, the trails through the forest, the lake, and the cottage, are all wonderful additions to the long weekend experience. We look forward to year 4 there in 2025. Kind hosts with great recommendations! Welcoming and very responsive. We got lucky with a stunning sunset and moonrise while there, the view is gorgeous.
