Cabin vacation rentals in Canada Lake

The cabin was perfect for a friends trip we took to Saratoga. The Hudson River is just a few steps away and was the perfect sight to wake to every morning of our stay. Both beds were big enough for two people. There was an unfolding futon in the common area. Had all of the basics you’d need to be comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cosy cabin. The view and the ambience were worth taking the trip here. A slight annoyance was that the stove was pretty noisy, and without it, the house cooled down quickly.

This was such an amazing place. Peaceful! The lake was amazing. You are renting from a rental company, so they have you sign a separate agreement and ask for another deposit that wasn’t in the description. Super clear instructions and easy peasy. They send you an App with instructions and all sorts of other information. I grew up in the area and was coming back to be with family. I felt right at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again, and for much longer! Don’t sleep on going down by the lake! Pretty good fishing. And fun swimming right from the dock.

We stayed at this cabin as a weekend getaway, Henry made us feel right at home! Everything we needed was provided and the place was spotless. Such an amazing experience, the scenery was absolutely stunning and it was very private. Henry was genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met and I wholeheartedly recommend a stay at this beautiful cabin!

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

Maria’s place by the lake was perfect! wanted to take our 3yr old somewhere new and this place was perfect! the small lake with the kayaks and paddle boat were a big hit and let’s not forget the screened in trampoline made our lives easy come night time( couldn’t keep the kid awake for once if we tried) .. Maria was very responsive and super friendly letting us even stay most of the day on our checkout day! could go on and on about the place it was a great time and we highly recommend it especially if you have kids!

The absolute perfect place for your group to enjoy the Adirondacks! Cozy, peaceful, and immaculately clean always. Everything you need for your stay. We look forward to our trip to camp Happy Ours every year!

The cabin had a BEAUTIFUL view, especially in the fall. It was too chilly for us to use the boats, but they’d have been great in warmer weather! The incinerator toilet was new to us, but wasn’t a problem at all for my spouse and me. However, I would worry about it a bit if we had young kids along, so I agree with the hosts’ suggestion to only bring older children. We loved our visit. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

beautiful home. Very nostalgic for the Adirondacks! we went up for an ice fishing trip with the kids and some friends. great little town and beautiful backdrop of the mountains on the lake. We will definitely be back again!

Very nice place, convenient location and nice amenities. There were ants coming through the back of the house and there weren’t any cleaning supplies (i.e. brooms) but it was a great place nonetheless.

Hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had! Everything was perfect and pictures do not do this place justice. We own a camp down the road that is on the lake and we were there to work on it - we stayed at the riverbend while we were there (no heat or water at our camp yet). I did not except to fall in love with this spot so much- but it was simply one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I have ever stayed - I actually prefer it to being on the lake!

Awesome host! No wonder they are considered a super-host. Such a wonderful cabin with plenty to do, especially if your plans are contingent on the weather. We got rained out so our excursions were limited but we loved all the chalet had to offer. Thank you so much Uzma!

It was such a beautiful place to celebrate with our friend’s 30th birthday! Very clean and the Jacuzzi was great! The guys enjoy the pool table they had! Defiantly recommend anyone to stay there for a get away.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Joel and Viv's cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible hospitality. Joel and Viv were so thoughtful and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cabin itself was immaculate – spotless, cozy, and incredibly well-maintained. We felt right at home! Our kids had an absolute blast in the game room and theater. They couldn't get enough of all the fun activities, and it gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The sauna was the perfect touch on those cold days – it felt so rejuvenating after a day of exploring, and it added a real sense of luxury to our trip. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Joel and Viv have truly created a perfect getaway!

Perfect place for quiet family time! Plenty of room and spacious. The hot tub was great. There's a fire pit and swing (we didn't utilize due to weather raining and snowing off and on)...but great option for nice quiet days and nights! Great family room that is roomy and cozy with a fireplace. Highly recommend for some well needed family time!

Loved staying at the Wheelhouse ! The house was perfect. Had everything we could possibly need and more. The property was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved sitting outside by the firepit listening to the creek next to us and the hot tub was an amazing plus ! We hope to be back !!

What a peaceful and relaxing stay! My dogs and I stayed here for a full week and it had all the amenities we needed! We enjoyed the comfort of both the inside and the peace of the outdoors! Thank you for hosting us!

A really awesome place, ideal for relaxing and get energized without external distractions ! Limited network depending on your carrier, which was exactly what we were looking for! A bit chilly in mid October - as advertised - but Pam made everything to make sure we were comfortable ! I am pretty sure I will come back! Lots to do in terms of hiking, and activities in the cities nearby

So much to say about this place but in short, it was an amazing stay. The cabin was nestled in the back part of the property right in front of the pond and was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful, very well kept property, and everything was working as it should. Wish we were able to spend more time here! Also, Toy Story 2 on the vhs was a huge win!

This was our 5th visit. That should tell you something good. Dogs are welcome and had fun! Very private. Very comfortable

My fiance and I had a lovely weekend stay at Kristen’s home in Remsen. Such a beautiful home and location. Hope to return in the future!

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Michelle and John’s house. It was a great space for all of us with opportunities to play pool, darts and fuse ball. The gathering spaces were large enough and open so that everyone could be involved in conversations as we cooked, relaxed and ate. It was very cozy with the wood burning stove and many places to sit and relax. Everything was very clean and well stocked. Michelle and John were very responsive to any questions we had and left very detailed instructions for our stay. It was very quiet and private, but also close to many things if you want to venture out.

Me and my husband visited Cabin in Greenfield Center for a weekend gateway for 2 nights. We had a wonderful in the Cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our host, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was cozy, charming, and beautifully maintained — the ambience was so relaxing and inviting. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Saratoga Springs!

The Little Moose Lodge is EXACTLY as described and pictured -- which is to say: adorable and wonderful! Chris is a FANTASTIC host! Super communicative and accommodating. He has set-up a charming stay, extremely close to the Erie Canal Trail for any cyclists. We will ask to stay again and again when we return to the area.
