Michela and Massimo's apartment is the most beautiful place we have ever been to!! A dream! The apartment is very tastefully decorated, a mix of tradition and modernity with high-quality furniture and materials. The view from the windows is like on a postcard. The pool area is also fantastic! The two hosts are very friendly, quick to respond to messages and to questions/requests. They gave us many tips for activities and errands (shopping, wine, olive oil). This place is unique and a great recommendation!!

Our week in Collepino in Alessio and Alessandra's beautiful house was fantastic! Alessio welcomed us and was very kind and chatty. He is the most wonderful host who wants to make sure that you have a great time and enjoy everything that beautiful Umbria has to offer, always available for questions and helping out where he could, also by offering multiple very extensive guides that he puts together himself. The house itself is very comfortable, spotless and beautifully situated in the charming village. Everything has been thought of and they have a great eye for detail. Alessio and Alessandra, thank you for everything and we hope to return someday!

Claudia's place was perfect for our stay after our cruise. It was extremely close to the port, with a big beautiful window to look at the water! Beautiful ceilings, adorable bathroom and modern kitchen. Claudia is truly an amazing host, who went above and beyond in her willingness to help and make us feel welcome. She even helped us get our luggage up all the cobblestone steps! Communication was felt and prompt. Gratzie Mille Claudia!!

Claudia's place was beautiful. so very peaceful and relaxing. clean, amazing pool and hot tub. Claudia was very friendly and helpful. couldn't have asked for more. can't wait to go back!

It was evident from the beginning that Fabrizio’s number one goal is to provide first class service to his guests. If you are looking for a beautiful home in a rural setting you won’t be deposited. As grandparents, my wife and I were looking for a place to spend quality time with our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren ages 8-14, and at the same time experience Italy from a rural perspective before going to Rome. Our stay in Massa Fermana was full of great experiences: truffle hunting, Italian cooking class and dinner for the entire family with our cook and her husband in their rural home, wineries, restaurants, gelaterias, seaside visit, travel to historic sites. and much more. Since it was the beginning of Olive harvest, we picked olives from the olive trees on our hosts property and although we were not able to have the olives pressed for oil due to time constraints, Fabrizio gave us a bottle of fresh pressed olive oil from the first harvest of the area.

We stayed here for two weeks, felt like at home. Place was like in the photos and description. Very private and peaceful location; and Matcherata is only 5 minutes drive for evening activities.

Modern apartment with every comfort, very nice bathrooms as well as the bedroom with a beautiful walk-in closet, all rooms very clean! The location is also excellent, in a quiet area and in 10/15 minutes you arrive at the main beaches and towns. we highly recommend this apartment!!
