Monthly Rentals in Campitello

The purpose of my stay was: experience how life in Corsica is out of season and in a real Corsican village. Despite the fact that I didn't have a job there and I sometimes found it a shame not to be able to “get away” from “my” mountain for a sandwich and of course a “étrangère” stay, it worked quite a bit in terms of feeling. After 3.5 months, the village and its surroundings feel very familiar and I almost feel family with Françoise and her mother. We didn't walk the door flat, but they were, even though they only speak French and Corsican, extremely accessible. I miss the area and am already looking for a way to go back to it.

We had a wonderful time atPierre-Thomas' house. The house was comfortable and perfect for our stay. We were particularly impressed by the attention and kindness of Pierre-Thomas as a host. He was always there for us quickly and extremely friendly. The house is beautifully located and surpasses the photos. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. Thank you for everything! We're already looking forward to coming back.

What a gem. A true taste of Corsica. A hideaway in the mountains. Amazing views. The house is beautifully restored and has so much character and history that it felt like a privelige to stay there. The hosts are Christian and Marie-Ange, who represent true Corsican hospitality and kindness. It was a wonderful week!

A beautiful authentically furnished home that offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The house is very tastefully decorated and there were nice details everywhere, both in the house and in the garden. Everything was there. The directions on AirBNB are incorrect, you have to keep the post office in the hamlet above Campitello (Bagnolo), because it is diagonally opposite. Keep in mind that you're in the mountains. The roads are narrow and sometimes just scary. And whichever way you go, from the cottage it takes 25 minutes to descend from the mountain and get back to a slightly larger road. An unexpected surprise was the charging point for electric cars that can be found at the church / the Marie in Campitello. Charge with 11 kW, two connection points. The garden around the house is beautiful, lots of places to sit in the morning sun, in the evening you have plenty of shade. In short, recommended if you like peace and space. Regina received us very kindly! I recommend it!
