Bruno is very friendly and attentive to answer any questions that arise. The place is quite comfortable and nice. It has plenty of cooking utensils. The location is good for traveling to different places but in Auto. We were left with the desire to swim a bit, but the Pool was not available due to the cold and rainy season.

Haus Seline is a "home away from home". You immediately feel at home. The house is furnished with care and good taste. The entire furnishings are of very high quality. The complex around it is beautiful with various places that invite you to linger. Those who like to eat well are in good hands in Trentino. Even within walking distance, there is a good selection of different restaurants. There are countless beautiful hiking trails nearby, which are also excellent for walks with a dog. Helmuth is a fantastic host who had best recommendations for the different requests we had. We also particularly liked the little touches that were available in the house as a welcome greeting. It's these little things that often make a big difference. We will definitely be back to enjoy the great view over the Nonstal. Thank you for a vacation that will be remembered for a long time!

Great service and a great place to hke around Merano

We had such beautiful days as a family with Maria and her family! The warmth with which we were welcomed was very special and that we could go everywhere - to the cows, to the chickens, with the children on the trampoline and this wonderful view of the mountains. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I stayed at Federico's with another couple of friends and our children, we spent 2 nights including New Year's Eve and everything was perfect. Federico welcomed us in person and showed us the home and its amenities. very large and extremely clean spaces equipped with every comfort. The description reflects everything perfectly, there was nothing missing towels, bathrobes and everything you need for the bathroom, but in the kitchen, in addition to the rich breakfast that he made us find on the table (in the fridge, on the other hand, he left us a strudel of apples and yogurt) in addition it was equipped with everything, dishwasher oven, microwave oven, coffee machine. the very quiet area with a spectacular lake view from the terrace. spacious rooms and the heating was perfect, everything was very automated. in short, highly recommended in everything. anything you ask for even a little information has been given in a very short time. i would go back.

The house is close to the center, reachable on foot, the skibus stop is within walking distance. Despite being in such a central location, it is very quiet and sheltered, the view is on the opposite side of the road, with a nice view of the mountains. The apartment is extremely functional and the spaces are used to the fullest. Very comfortable underground garage with reserved parking space. Impeccable cleanliness. Mrs. Romana was a very specific, helpful and discreet host, excellent communication. Absolutely recommend!!!

We spent New Year's Eve in this beautiful little house and had a great time. Upon arrival Cristina and her family welcomed us warmly and showed us the place, immediately the pellet stove skipped my eye, nothing better than lying on the couch with their feet in the heat, then everything was clean and tidy, the kitchen is very well stocked with every possible tool imaginable and the place is simply wonderful, despite the little snow thisyear, for those who like the mountain it is a great place for any activity you choose to do. I would recommend it to everyone!

The apartment worked perfectly for me and my family members for a few nights. Matteo was very responsive throughout our stay and helped us troubleshoot issues with the heating very quickly. The patio outside was beautiful and offered a peaceful place to sit. We loved our stay!

Awesome house on the hills of Trento. luxurious with great facilities. Only two rooms, but it was confortable for my group of 5.

Accommodation just a few minutes from downtown on foot and in a quiet area. The apartment was very tidy and impeccable. Right in front of it there is a parking lot where you can leave the car. Katharina showed us activities and restaurants nearby and was very kind to postpone our check-out. Responsive to our requests and questions. Under the apartment is its Café Villa Bux cafe where unfortunately we were only able to have a breakfast due to holidays. If we go back to Merano, we will definitely consider Katharina's place.
