We had a great time. Tim's house is in a great location for discovering this area. The house is spacious, very pleasant with its large very bright living room and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful, well maintained and offers a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are quiet. Tim is always available, smiling, really attentive to his tenants and good advice We're holding this property. Thanks so much to Tim.

Really well-kept mountain house, warm and with everything you need. Quiet area and with the possibility of reaching the center in a few minutes on foot. We will definitely stay again.

Our group of friends (9 people) spent a week at this beautiful house. The house more than exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully decorated, superbly equipped and offers plenty of space. Our highlight was the pool, which is very large and clean. Rolf and Livia are very likable and available at any time. We would always come back!

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great week, in absolute tranquility with breathtaking views. The place is very nice - there is everything you need. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers seating. The pool is clean and maintained. Unfortunately, we could only use it 2x due to the weather. The view from the pool area is fantastic, unwind and enjoy. There are good restaurants nearby, a recommendation was in the apartment. The distance to the sea/towns is good despite the quiet location.

Beautiful and quiet house! The cat was a great companion and each room was impeccable. Some dead but normal bugs being in the countryside. we had a great time in a world, so much so much as to break a lamp, but Miriam was very nice and didn't ask for money for the repair.

Maria Teresa was a perfect hostess. Not only did she make us feel at home in her beautiful court, providing us with everything we needed and much more, but she also told us the story of her wonderful family who lived in that house during many important moments in Italian history during World War II. She pampered us with her delicious cakes and made us travel with our memories in her territory and even overseas, with stories that we will carry in our hearts with so much affection. We hope to meet her again, because people like her are a real treasure!

We were (2 pairs of adults) from April 24 to 27 guests of Anna Maria. Very nice house, as described, in the countryside near Felino. It is located on a small hill surrounded by greenery. It's close to Felino but you always need to take the car to get around. Nearby there are various supermarkets and excellent restaurants (I recommend the Culatelleria in Sanguinaro) Excellent as a starting point to visit the surroundings (we saw Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Torrechiara Castle). It was a nice stay. Host available and friendly.

Due to a very complicated move, I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and completely fenced, really made a difference The house is charming as well as the view that frames it, priceless waking up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence that I feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful break during which, at times, I was even able to regenerate myself I had some minor difficulties with the TV in the living room regarding channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the bedroom Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming property if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of relaxation and rest! Perfect home for short stays. Clean and equipped with a hearty breakfast and water. Antonio is very clear in the description of the access methods.

11/10, would more than recommend if you have a car. Francesco is an amazing host and the pictures do this Beautiful place not justice, it looks even better in real life. We definetly want to return.

Mr. Danilo and his wife are extremely kind and helpful people, always ready to provide useful information. The house is exactly as described, equipped with everything you need to stay in peace.

Alberto is an attentive, punctual, friendly, very responsive host and always available in addition to being a sociable person with whom to have interesting conversations. the house is very large and comfortable suitable for groups of more people. We were two families and we had a great time. 4 large bedrooms, two fully remodeled bathrooms, a comfortable living area and a well-stocked and habitable kitchen. The garden is beautiful, the property is in the middle of the countryside in an oasis of peace but still very close to the town center and a short distance from Parma, Reggio and Modena. Highly recommended!

Responsive host to messages and very friendly, the house is very spacious and tidy, it offers more people to sleep, the kitchen is also left with food to have breakfast. Recommended place for those who want to stay for more than one night

the house is very nice and welcoming and thoughtful. Tommaso made us feel at home and was thoughtful making us find coffee and cookies for breakfast and bowls for our furry hair. Highly recommended

This property is far better than the description and photographs. It is set in the most amazing surroundings. The views are just stunning. The balcony is just an amazing place to sit and relax. The quietness and peacefulness is deafening. It's an interesting drive to and from, just remember to sound your horn on the bends. It is near yobyown with several large supermarkets. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a lovely bathroom. We were a little wary of the small spiral staircase that leads down to bathroom and bedrooms, but the rear door access makes it easy to get a suitcase downstairs. Tale a walk around the village it has some lovely old alleyways. There is a walk (stone roadway) 50 meters from the property. It leads up the mountain and is well worth a try. The property is very nice indeed, lovely outside space with table, chairs, longer and larger sun umbrella. It was spotlessly clean on arrival. Roby waxwarm and welcoming. You have to visit to appreciate the beauty.

We had a great time! The location of the house was for us perfect. Everything, the towns and lake garda was one hour by car. We spend also alot of reading en bbqing in the garden. If you like quiteness this is the perfect location

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Laura did an incredible job of making us feel welcome and the area is beautiful! She communicates well and had a gorgeous dog!

Wide space, both interior and a beautiful outdoor space (to be used mainly in the summer). Very secluded place, great for relaxing.
