A quiet home in the center of Penrith, close to the train station and shopping center.

The property is located in the heart of Penrith, just 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and shopping mall. It is in a beautiful and peaceful environment.There is a lovely little garden at the entrance where you can relax and enjoy the lake view.The ground floor has a living room (with two sofas, one of which is a comfortable sofa bed). The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, rice cooker, dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with an ice maker. The laundry area has a Samsung washing machine and dryer.There are three bedrooms on the second floor: the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a 150-cm bed; of the other two bedrooms, one has a 150-cm bed and the other has a 135-cm bed. This floor has a separate toilet and bathroom, as well as a small lounge area.The third floor is an open-plan bedroom (not a fully enclosed space) with two 1.2m-wide beds. This used to be where my two children studied and lived.This home is great for families, and I hope it will be a cozy "home away from home" for you.
