Nice home near the city center in a very quiet residence

The view is really amazing, it's a luxury to have breakfast facing the sea. Very convenient with children with direct access to the beach. The apartment was refurbished, it was perfectly clean. Very welcoming host and simple to pick up the keys. Just a point of attention, you have to read more carefully than me, sheets are not provided (no wifi either). Great stay.

The apartment is ideally located in a superb residence close to the beach and the lively street. It is very spacious and well equipped. There are games for the children, products for the kitchen and the bathroom, you feel at home! Our host was available and pleasant. We'll be happy to go back!

I would this property. The apartment is as described and nicely decorated. It is located in the center of Courseulles, many shops, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. We had a pleasant stay and Anne-Lise is welcoming and friendly, we will gladly come back to the same place.

We had a great time with my 3 year old daughter. Ideally located, the apartment allowed us to enjoy a privileged setting facing Trouville beach and the sea. We loved being able to enjoy both Trouville boards, small restaurants and nearby businesses. I would highly recommend this place and thank our hosts for their hospitality and availability.

Nicole is a very welcoming and attentive host. His house is beautiful as well as the environment. It's a quiet area where you can rest without any problems.

We would thoroughly recommend Nicole's property and would stay here again when next in the area. With parking outside the house and just a few minutes walk to the sea front and ideal for visiting other beaches and memorial museums. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed at Léa's from July 7 to 17, 2024. The duplex is very pleasant to live in, quiet, convenient for its location on the front to park (even if on the street , there is no problem) and the terrace on the back, well fenced and equipped with garden table, umbrella and barbecue even if we did not use them because the weather is capricious. On the bedroom side, the bedding is decent and the shower is spacious. Just so you know, the stairs are a little steep.

I recommend this accommodation, the view is extraordinary, its terrace well sheltered from the wind we were able to eat there every noon, the amenities and bedding are perfect! Just to review the coffee maker which is not up to the standard of the house. The concierge is superb as communication and flexibility for check-in and checkout! We'll be back!

We absolutely loved this home. The home was inviting and welcoming on arrival. Centrally located making it easy to access the area in our rental car. Approximately 30 - 40 minute drive to all D-day beaches. Thanks to Julien for sharing your home with us.

My stay went very well. The apartment is very cute and the view of the swamp is absolutely beautiful. Séverine and Sinath were very pleasant and responsive when I had questions.

Trust without so much as a second thought! We booked the place at the last minute, and Sara responded within minutes and was very accommodating. She also advised us on local activities while remaining permanently reachable. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. Plus: parking in the residence or center a 10-minute walk away. Great accommodation, very nice and ideal for 2 couples. Everyone has their own space with their own bedroom and bathroom. Located about twenty minutes walk from the city center, it is possible to get there along the sea so very pleasant. Thanks to Christian and Catherine for your kindness and this great place.
