House vacation rentals in Calvache

Steve is the man! Check in was exactly as described and very easy. All amenities in the house were in great working order with a huge well equipped kitchen. we somehow managed to toast the microwave when we stayed and Steve ran right out and grabbed another. All the a/c units worked impeccably (maybe too well) We had two couples and two singles and everyone had their own private area with personal bathroom, a huge plus. The large table in the common area was perfect for all our meals and gatherings to plan. Steve was off the charts helpful in that department, he had many recommendations for free and low cost things to do. The views from both lower and upper patios were fantastic, especially the sunset and dodos. Also stars at night from balcony. Be careful after a rain on the steps, stay on the grip strips. MOST IMPORTANT! Bring a music device with an auxiliary output (we used a laptop) to enjoy the stereo with selectable inside/outside speakers. Rincon is full of very friendly people!

We loved this property! If you are looking for a beautiful and peaceful oasis and still want to be close to restaurants, beaches and stores, this is the house for you (car is though necessary). The views are stunning and the indoor and outdoor living spaces are very spacious and well appointed. The pool is large and well taken care of. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you will need and the beds are comfortable. The owners, Billy and Maria, are extremely welcoming, attentive to your needs, make you feel right at home, and are just a true pleasure to interact with! They have been very communicative, responsive and proactive throughout our stay while giving us space and privacy. We had a tropical storm during the week we were there and they were very proactive in letting us know the process for them to employ the generator if we were to lose power (which ended up happening across the entire island). We had a great time here and we hope to come back in the future!

Very nice house Everything was very clean. Very quiet place. Recommended.

We had a blast! Pool is such a PLUS to this place, beds are comfy, place was clean, had enough towels, rooms were nice and cool with AC units. No TVS in home, no AC in living room or kitchen; it wasn’t too bad but a unit in living room would be great! Oven runs hotter than normal, you have to watch to not burn the food, pizza for overcooked but it worked out fine. Overall, this place is a must stay. Great location, privacy, pool is phenomenal, outdoor space is fun, beds and rooms are awesome, big bathroom/shower! We will be back!

First of all I can’t thank Bill enough. He was super responsive via text giving us pinned locations of the house and all the local beaches and attractions. On the second day the pool liner ripped and he flew in the next morning from NJ and personally changed the pool Liner and we were back swimming the very next day. He immediately made an offer to right the situation. Thanks again Bill my wife and I look forward to returning 🇵🇷

My family and I had a great time staying in Sonia’s home. The house was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. We had a wonderful stay! The place is terrific! Looks just like the pictures, very modern and clean. Incredible view on the ocean. Good location for several beaches and our activities diving and surfing. Well equipped and we enjoyed cooking with this amazing view and have dinner outside. Carlo texted us all information we needed on time. Would definitely recommend this place and come back anytime we are back on Puerto Rico!

The place is in an extremely central location, which made it easy for us to access all the main attractions in the area. This home was absolutely as pictured and more beautiful in person. Kara was super responsive on any messages. The outdoor area was BEAUTIFUL. We enjoyed lots of Starfruit picked straight from the property. Very close to everything but also secluded. The best was waking up to the sounds of nature but the fenced property provided protection from any “furry or scaly visitors”. Loved this home!
