LIVING /DINING - MODERN conveniences: 55 inch Smart TV, 1 small outdoor Bluetooth speaker, 1 indoor Bluetooth speaker, a charging station with multiple outlets, an international outlet converter, a wireless color printer, an emergency WiFi hot spot device, an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. DINING; Large oval dining table can accommodate 4 people comfortably. 2 matching chairs are located at the bedroom desk/ work station. LIVING SPACE; Cushioned sectional that easily converts to a double bed (accommodates 2 adults). Most nights my boyfriend and I like to leave it converted for extra comfort while watching tv. The bed extender easily pulls out from underneath the sofa. The chaise contains a mattress topper, linens, pillows and a quilt for your convenience. MASTER BEDROOM; Sleeping on this King sized bed is a plus after a long day at the beach and sightseeing. It has a medium firm mattress with a gel foam topper for just the right balance for most sleepers. The height is high but my 5 foot frame loves to feel lost in it. The room has an Air Conditioner & wall controlled ceiling fans. Two side tables and lamps are at either side of the bed for convenience and offer storage for reading books, etc. An alarm clock is provided with 2 integrated USB ports for easy phone charging. I personally like complete darkness.. which can be had if you open the windows and carefully slide the storm shutters closed from the inside. Just be careful with your fingers. Don't get them pinched! You also have the option of turning off the alarm display by pressing the designated button on the back of the clock. DRESSER; A large dresser along the wall has plenty of more storage space. Bottom right 2 drawers contain a gel topper and queen sized air mattress in case guests prefer it over the living room sectional sleeper. The remote control of the smart tv above the dresser is located in the left side dresser top drawer. CLOSET; The wall to wall mirrored closet contains a comprehensive closet system allowing for more storage space. I currently have some personal items in the bottom 2 drawers.. other than these, please use all the other empty drawers as needed. On the right side of the closet you will find a portable ironing board with iron, plenty of hangers and extra bedding, linens, etc. On the left side of the closet you will find all beach necessities from beach chairs to beach cooler, bath towels, beach towels and much more. WORK DESK/ MAKEUP STATION; Large desk facing the beach is a great work station or makeup station. Pens and note pads are located in the right drawer. you'll find extra paper here for the printer. Reminder: wireless printer is located in the living room. WORKOUT GEAR; At the foot of the bed you ll find 1 large and 1 medium storage chests. The large is for dirty towels. Medium chest is filled with home gym equipment including weights, ab roller, yoga mats, workout band's, etc. A set of heavier weights are either inside the chest or underneath the AC since these are extra heavy/ bulky. BATHROOM: Contains automatic dispensers of body wash and shampoo in the large stand up shower for your convenience. Extra toilet paper is under the sink. Freshly cleaned towels for all guests will be available. A bucket with a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron is located under the sink. Any toiletries seen can be used at your discretion. It is a 2 BD 1 BR property that is centrally located within Rincon, very close to all the amenities that this beautiful town has to offer. This apartment has been owned by our family since it was built and we have watched generations grow up and enjoy this marvelous property!

Yaneira's villa on the beach is a paradise. The accommodations, balcony and pool were amazing. The pelicans, private beach and coral reef were an extra special surprise. Bring your snorkeling gear, it is worth it!

Kenny is a great host, the place is very well located in a peaceful area to enjoy the magic of Rincon. The apartment is very comfortable, needs a few fixes, and it is very pleasant to stay and very functional. For sure would go back and stay to enjoy Rincon and the westernest area of PR.

A private terrace features a circular hot tub made of wood, positioned beside a clear railing that overlooks the sparkling ocean. The sun shines brightly overhead, casting reflections on the water, while white chairs are visible in the background.

This listing was beautiful! It was even better than the pictures! It was directly on the beach. They reached out with instructions and would answer immediately if you had any questions! I loved that we could rent beach chairs and an umbrella and that beach towels were already in the room. They also allowed us to keep the chairs and towels after check out until we were done at the beach! Thank you 🏖️☀️

I LOVED Francis condo.! It was super spacious and with a rustic decor. All the rooms have air conditioners. The bathrooms are big and well maintained. The kitchen is also large and open to the living and dining room. With an outdoor patio. It’s perfect for a large group of people to move around and enjoy. The beach is literally the backyard and it has a good sized pool. It’s private and beautiful. It’s a perfect spot to spend quality time with family members. Francis is the most chill back and friendly host I have yet to encounter. Totally recommend! Thanks Francis I’m hoping to be able to book again in the future.

Casa Edala was a great place for a relaxing tropical family vacation! Our family of 5 found the space adequate for our needs and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook a couple of meals. The recommendations for local restaurants were very helpful. The private pool was fantastic and the beach was 2 blocks away! The provided beach gear was convenient. Eileen was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

The apt was very clean, probably the cleanest Airbnb I have seen so far. The location is just wonderful, and very private. The place had all we could need, we particularly liked that the fridge and the microwave are top notch (compared to many places that have appliances from previous decades). I absolutely loved the fridge's ice-maker, because you can hit the beach with a small cooler (10 quaters = 6 to 8 cans) without having to buy ice. Lionel is very responsive and texted back within minutes to answer our questions. Great place, totally worth the price.

I want to comment on a previous negative review. Amaury's place is a vacation home used by a family. It has a lived in look and feel. Anyone who is a homeowner knows that there is always something to fix. If you are looking for a stay that has a hotel room sterility, this is not the place for you. After hurricane Maria, disaster capitalists swooped in and bought up distressed properties to add to their portfolios. Many of those properties are rented through AirBnB and furnished by Rent-A-Center. Look there if you find a "lived in" condo offensive. We stayed with Amaury for the month of February. The beach in front of Condominio Sol y Playa is among the best on the west coast. We cook many of our meals. We found the kitchen supplies more than adequate. It took one text message for Amaury to have a toaster delivered the same day, and a plumbing issue resolved the next day. The king size bed was very comfortable. With the windows open, we never used the AC. Definitely stay here again
