We really enjoyed our one-night stay and actually wished we had booked for two nights. The place was clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the bathroom was strong — all the essentials were spot on. A couple of small things that could be improved: we were only provided with one pack of bathroom tissue, which ran out quickly. It would also be helpful to have a few extra rags or cleaning cloths available for the kitchen area. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’re already looking forward to staying here again!

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary snack, they were such a thoughtful touch and we absolutely loved them! There was also water, which was very convenient. The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Our stay with Patrick's place was superb! It was very homey and minimalist. It was kid-friendly. There's a lot of restos to choose from and also near grocery store. Definitely, I will recommend Patrick's place to families and friends.

The condo was just as described. Because it’s very hot in Manila we definitely needed air conditioning and this condo had it in every room The WiFi was excellent and easy to follow binder with instructions were left for us. Laundromat right across the street for full service The supermarket and mall are painting next door. Overall condo is also very secure. Security guards by all entrances from what I saw.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

5 stars! You don't have to worry about bringing food, you can just order using GrabFood. The place was spotless, very clean. The trees beside the pool really make you love the ambiance. I love the layout and the overall vibe. Also, ate Eva was easy to deal with!

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas.
