Great place in Franciacorta, really close to everything you need

The view alone was worth the stay. The apartment had a Fantastic atmosphere and we utilised all of the facilities except the pool. The greeting by Gabrielle and Nicolette was outstanding who gave us detailed information about the facilities. I recommend this property and location for anyone as long as they have their own transport.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stefano is a very nice and polite host. The place was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing, breathtaking.. You could relax on the balcony watching boats moving across the lake or chilling in the garden enjoying the weather. Shop nearby with basic products. Also the bus stop is not too far. We were four adults and one toddler. The house was located in a quiet area. Within 20 minutes, you were on foot in the center. The air conditioning was good for hot days. There were comfortable seats in the living room. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked, except for salt and pepper, but you should bring the spices you need yourself. The bed was large and cozy. The Internet was fast and available everywhere. It was good that a garage parking space was available, even if the driveway is difficult, then you can unload well and the car was well protected (it also worked with a VW Passat). It was a very nice and relaxing stay.

Sara gave us the most precise explanations possible. Indeed you have to walk but overall around Lake Como if you want to visit … you have to walk and it's good for your health! The view of the lake from the apartment is exceptionally beautiful.

Mariagrazia place was great! Good location, space, clean and she was extremely helpful whenever needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Walking distance to station, large supermarket, playground and the water. Nice garden and beautiful views nearby and from the upper floor. Parking is tight, but definitely doable. A neighbor complained about it, but Monica was very helpful with this. Extra nice: it was a vacation and very busy in surrounding villages, but this village is quite quiet and very beautiful!

We enjoyed staying at Anna's place. The view of the lake is incredible. Anna is a fabulous host, always responsive and super helpful. She went above and beyond. The house is fabulous, very clean and well appointed. WE really enjoyed our stay and I would be happy to stay again and recommend it. It is up high in Como so it is necessary to have a car. Parking was no problem. We ate ate the fabulous Gatto Nero restaurant and walked there easily.

I found the house right away. I felt at home. Gladly come again! Clear recommendation!

Beautiful the location is wonderful. The villa is quiet, and well maintained. The host is very helpful and accommodating. In short it’s an ideal villa for a lovely stay in this region for families.

This is a spacious, comfortable and clean house, conveniently situated in the village a few minutes from the lake, supermarket etc. It is well equipped including covered outside space and garden. The underground car parking is very useful too. We were warmly welcomed by Antonio who was very helpful for our whole visit. Lake Como is beautiful and we were pleased to stay in this house for our visit.

Very nice, warm house with stunning views of Lake Como. Be careful, it's a climb! Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The house is in a very good location. It is located on the Green Way which allows you to take a superb walk along the lake through the villages. Lenno Harbor is a 20-minute walk away via the Green Way. This avoids taking the car to pick up the boat and visit Bellagio and Varenne. Parking spaces are indeed limited along the lake.

Very nice little house, high up... a little wind in the evening. We enjoyed being able to eat out. Very friendly welcome with cold drinks and cupcakes, jams. Very responsive host to fix wifi and TV issues so we can watch the Olympics!
