Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cala Caterina

One of the best experiences I ever had on airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering a peaceful and private retreat – perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering plenty of privacy and tranquility. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and stylish getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Adorable house, super well located (beautiful beach a few minutes walk, shops) and very close by car to the beautiful resort of Villasimius. The accommodation is very clean, tastefully decorated, really comfortable (bedding, full black when sleeping) and well equipped (full kitchen equipment, washing machine, ...) We particularly appreciated the two terraces, one of which is covered. The development is perfect with children (football field, playground, no car). The host was available and accommodating. In short, this house is a pearl!

We had a lovely stay at Giorgio's house. His little house is very nice, very clean and well equipped. The view of the sea in the distance is magnificent. We recommend the sunrise... We were there in November and I can assure you that the visit to the Sardinian deer in the evening was absolutely fabulous. ;-) Giorgio (and Betty) are absolutely adorable and always available to give you all the information you need about places to visit.

The location of the apartment right by the beach is fantastic. It’s wonderful to have breakfast on the terrace with a sea view or to end the day in the evening with the sound of the waves. The living area could be a bit more inviting, but otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Stefano is a great host who is always available. Ciao Grazie, we would love to come back.

What a beautiful villa in spectacular location, we would love to visit again! The views from the terrace were utterly stunning and allowed us sun all day plus glorious sunsets in the evenings. Thank you Gloria😊

Marina's house is very nicely decorated. It has everything you'll need. Pula and a supermarket are within walking distance along the street. at the beginning of October it was pleasantly quiet even at night. Marina provided us with velos, garden chairs and a sun lounger on our request. the garden is very well maintained, the olive tree garden very nice. the seat was shaded and cool at this time of year, which is why we sat in the garden in the sparse sun, just without a table. in the evening there were a lot of mosquitoes. the somewhat sophisticated area with a lot of infrastructure on the beaches was not to our taste, which is why we left earlier. but Marina has very generous cancellation conditions, so we did not pay too much. 😊 unfortunately, the mattress was too hard for us. But obviously we are more sensitive than other people. antimony coils, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee, etc. are only available in a very small amount

We had a fantastic weekend as this apartment offered everything we needed and more; probably the best amenities I’ve had at any Airbnb, Silvia has thought of everything. We received the warmest welcome on arrival with lots of local advice shared to set us up for the weekend. Everywhere was in easy reach either by walking or bus and the apartment was extremely comfortable for relaxing after a day exploring

We enjoyed get away to Alessandros place! The Airbnb was very clean and Alessandro welcomed us and showed us around the flat, pointing out some of the sights. The balcony was a great addition to the flat allowing us to sample some afternoon wine before the sun set.

Marta is a kind, responsive and flexible host. She made our vacation one of our favouries! The rooms are furnished well, and spare blankets and pillows are provided. The terrace was a great place to eat and/or gaze at the stars. There are many great cafés nearby the apartment. We recommend eating Sardegna's unique dessert at Saseada, and Leada is a lovely cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. Marta's apartment is set in a calm, beatiful place. We had a great night at this beautiful apartment Daniele is warm and responsive. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated and very nice! 🤩 A few amenities were unfortunately defective (shower, kettle) when we arrived but Daniele made himself available to have them checked. We would also have appreciated Daniele giving us a check-out at 11am as we arrived late the day before. This was only possible if we paid an extra €15 when the night price was already relatively high for a room in Cagliari. Thank you again for hosting us! 👍

Nice, very clean flat. Wonderful terrace with great view. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bus-stop closeby, easy to get to the centre. Very quiet surroundings, we felt safe. We had some problems with the door-lock, and got help immediately from Emanuelas brother. Emanuela was always helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Great stay!

This apartment is in great quiet neighborhood location with easy access to the airport. We felt right at home in this quiet area of town. Parking is easy snd secure. Overall a good stay.

A very nice and cozy apartment. We were very warmly personally welcomed and said goodbye by Maria. The location was great. Short distances to the village and to the beaches. The apartment was perfectly equipped. Even umbrella and chairs for the beach were provided. We will be happy to rent this apartment again when we are back in Sardinia. Thank you Maria.

We spent a week in this apartment in October and enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. It even had mosquito nets on the windows, so you could leave the windows open at night. The terrace had morning sun and if you were lucky you could see parrots in the trees. The supermarkets are within walking distance and the center of Villasimius can also be reached in 15 minutes on foot. In case of any problems, Allessandro was immediately on hand. We arrived at night by car and found the apartment very easily with the instructions. Everything was great, thank you Allessandro

Luca is a 5* host, he was at our disposal at any time of the day and night. He welcomed us with typical sweets on the table and water and refreshments in the fridge. The apartment is clean, has air conditioning in all the rooms and is well equipped (we didn't miss anything). Very practical: a market “Euro Spin” at two steps. The balconies couldn't use them because of the weather, but I didn't find them to be too relaxing because of the street noise. Overall, we loved it. Thank you Luca!

The accommodation was clean, tidy and equipped with absolutely all the necessities. Comfortable bedding, mosquito nets everywhere. Special mention for the small insulated bag, very convenient to bring picnic and cold drink ☺️ The umbrella also helped us a lot - even if I don't want the next ones to have to use it! No unpleasant surprises on the contrary, the apartment complies with the photos / descriptions. The place is peaceful and enjoys a beautiful 😍 beach view very easily accessible. Massimo was an AMAZING host. Proactive, organized, attentive, and kind. You truly have everything you need right at your fingertips. The apartment is located perfectly to walk into town at night and a parking space just for your car. (a little tight but this is Italy) He even helped us find the best beach due to wind direction. We would come back here in a heartbeat, this was truly a special place.
