My partner and our two dogs had a nice ,quiet week. Arnaud and his parents who we were able to meet are discreet and charming and friendly . to be repeated .

Great stay with family❤️. Special mention for the pool and sauna. Small downside for the jacuzzi that didn't want to start. Anyway, great memories for the whole family. Lots to visit in the area! We recommend it!!!

Marion, our host, is warm and generous, and her valuable recommendations added a personal touch to our experience. She was especially attentive to the children, which was greatly appreciated. The indoor pool, a real highlight, was a safe bet for the changeable Normandy weather. The rest of the gite was true to the photographs, and it’s worth remembering that the bedrooms can get particularly warm due to their location in the loft. The location was perfect for exploring the many tourist attractions. A holiday highlight was seeing dolphins swimming from the beautiful beach at Merville. The Merville Battery, an excellent local museum, even features stories about the cottage at Bois des Monts. Delicious boulangerie at Amfreville!

We had a great weekend with the family in the wooden house. The proximity to the beach is really a plus as is the indoor pool during this time. We would obviously recommend this beautiful house.

We stayed at Charlotte's place for four nights and from there we explored Normandy. A great apartment where we felt comfortable.

Excellent stay in the ideal pool cottage but a little cold for me, very responsive and attentive, beautiful accommodation with a superb character as advertised.

We had a lovely stay in CAIRON , with Christine and Gilles , who are welcoming , responsive hosts who gave us good tips for discovering the region. CAIRON is located a few km from Caen and close to supermarkets, and small shops, while being a little set back and quiet. Thank you to our hosts for giving us the opportunity to have a pleasant stay!

Stayed at Samy's whilst visiting the D-day memorial locations. 2 of us travelled by motorcycle and were looking for a secure place to leave them overnight. Samy's didn't disappoint, he was very helpful and friendly and even cleared space in his garage for the bikes to be kept out of the rain. We endured hours of heavy rain from Calais to the location and on arrival really didn't feel like heading back out to get food as we were soaking wet! Samy very kindly sorted us out with food and drink and couldn't do enough to help during our stay.. Highly recommended, house was clean and tidy and in a good location for what we wanted. would definitely stay again. Thanks Samy for your generosity during our stay, look forward to seeing you again 😊

We had a pleasant stay at Ingrid's. The accommodation is easy to access, and well located for visiting Normandy. The house is clean and very well equipped, true to the listing. We're happy with our reservation.

We had a nice weekend. Matthieu is a responsive host. The outbuilding matches the photos and description. The place is conducive to relaxation. Cozy, quiet and good location. I would recommend it

Loved staying at Corrine's cottage. Quaint and cosy with plenty of space for our family of four. The second level and second bathroom was great for our teenage children to have their own space. Fireplace made it extra cosy. Lovely rural location, but close to all of the D-Day landing beaches, museum's and Bayeux. Newtown the very friendly golden retriever was a big hit with our kids.

Brigitte is very nice and welcoming and the place was spunky clean.

Valerie has been amazing since day 1, when I found her home on Airbnb. We live in the US traveling to Normandy, so not familiar with the area. Valerie was so helpful, she answered all my questions in such a timely manner. She gave us a lot of info on tour guides, places to eat and visit that were local. As far as the lodging, it was perfect. Such a beautiful home. Everything you would need she provided, we even grilled steaks one night and just relaxed. Valerie was so welcoming, it was such a quaint little village. We loved staying there, 5+ Stars for Valerie and her hospitality. thank you Valerie. if we ever come back to France, we will stay at her Airbnb.

Very well renovated accommodation with charming bcp. It's very comfortable and spacious! Everything you need is there. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. We would recommend to visit Normandy.

We are delighted with our stay. The apartment is clean, very functional, very well equipped, located 100 m from the beach. We highly recommend this rental.

The photos do not do this beautiful place justice!! Due to our previous accommodation not going we plan we messaged Sandra and she was all set for us to head straight over. We had a look at the photos and the listing but as soon as we entered the property we were pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous it was!! The hot tub was a lovely bonus and even though it rained during our stay it didn’t deter us from staying outside every evening to enjoy the hot tub and the beautifully lit and decorated garden. The kitchen came prepared with everything we could need to cook with. The smart tv allowed us to watch movies in the evenings (before we went out to the hot tub) and the temperature inside was absolutely perfect!! Such a homely feel !! Also an added bonus is that we were right inside Caen so we were a 5 - 10 minute drive away from everything we could need and only a 18 minute drive away from sword beach!! Thankyou to Sandra for being so accommodating and remaining responsive for our stay ♥️

We just spent 4 nights with a couple of friends in Stéphanie's place. Very nice house, tastefully decorated. Very nice garden. Ideally located ,very close to the sea.
