Comfortable and cozy 1 bedroom apartment to relax in the historical town of Sabana Grande. The apartment is in a residential house. Private entrance, by the main road for fast access in a minute to the town square, all barrios and highway #2. Recommended for families or groups of 4 or less. Its location makes it easy/convenient for your vacation, business trip or place to stay while visiting relatives in the southwest of PR. Everything accessible to visit within minutes of a reasonable drive.

This place was amazing, the house was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Our kids loved that there was a park right across the street. They also had a nice tv with Netflix for days you just want to relax at the house. The garage area was like a private workout area with a punching bag. San German is a great little town that is very peaceful. The owner was always available and made our stay great. The beach was also very close and so were places to eat and grocery stores. We would highly recommend this place for families and definitely come back in the future. Thanks a lot for making our stat so comfortable!

The best Airbnb I've ever experienced! It's a dream property! From the moment you arrive, you and your family are greeted with unique touches. Everything beautifully decorated, an exquisite smell, nothing is missing in the house. The place is super relaxing, it has everything! literally! We fell in love with the property! It will be our favorite place to stay! You feel a peace and a beautiful homey air. My family and I enjoyed it so much that we didn't want to go out for a walk, just enjoy it, its pool, its jacuzzi, its spaces. It has a beautiful gazebo, your cars sleep under a roof and a beautiful yard full of trees. Every corner is worth every penny we paid! Simply spectacular!

I loved the place, very nice and cozy. I rented it to stay and see my family in San Germán. It is very central, close to everything in the village. Many restaurants nearby and the square. I highly recommend it, quite quiet, clean and organized. The host is very good, responds quickly and explains very well.
