Monthly Rentals in Cagbalete Island

Will higly recommend staying here. Place was way better than I expected. Climb from the town proper (including the stairs to reach the unit) was challenging especially for us cyclists but totally worth it for the privacy, security & view. Ma'am Elaine & her company are very accommodating.

The rate for the unit and service was totally worth the price! Ms. Iris is the kindest host I met so far and one of the best people we met during our time in Lucban for our Prenup shoot. We had to reschedule our stay to a different date due to bad weather and Ms. Iris was so much willing to help. On the day of our arrival, she even offered to drive us from SLSU to the unit and recommended local places to eat and visit along the way. She's very caring and responsive and even allowed our request for late check-out. The unit is big, organized, and clean. It has everything we need during our stay. It's also near to restaurants and supermarkets. We hope to come back here in the future! God bless you always Ms. Iris! :)))

It was my second time staying in their place and definitely not the last. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. They would always make sure that the place is clean and all our needs are provided.

We had a quick stop from Batangas and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We Particularly liked the location which was very convenient and can be easily located. The Sunset House is great for families who appreciate privacy and convenience. The place was clean and “airy” - It was perfect for the purpose of our stay - to relax and sleep. Our host was responsive and Ms Susan was very helpful and friendly. A definite top choice to stay in Lucban. Thank you for hosting us!
