Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for groups because it is isolated and has large outdoor spaces that allow activities (soccer, volleyball, tennis, bocce) or relaxation (sun terrace, hot tub, sauna both inside and outside the house). Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. If You want a very private and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, this house is for you!

Chalet surrounded by greenery and in the total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable with any type of car, if you are inexperienced at driving but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house, you can take several hikes or mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoy breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful cabin surrounded by nature! Inside, all the utensils like at home. Around Many routes can be reached directly from the cabin's garden. Fenced space so if you have animals you don't have the risk of them running away. Many activities to do within walking distance. Very quiet location but a stone's throw from the village where all the amenities are located. Barbara the host recommended all the activities in the area! Super communication and availability! We had a lovely stay with our family in this perfect winter place in the mountains. Everything was very clean when we arrived and the communication in case of questions very easy and fast. The Nassfeld Ski Area is very close, and well organized. For as family ski trip, with small children, it was perfect.

Wonderful chalet, was incredibly clean, very luxurious throughout, we had a wonderful 2 nights stay, highly recommend for anyone visiting the Dolomites. Claudine was a great host, we hope to come back sometime.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

Giulia was very reactive. Alignement was always natural and the flat was conform to the description. Dog friendly, accessible, handy, in a calm environment. All you need to have a good time in that region after a big hike day.

We love this place! The rooms are spacious and clean, the sauna and whirlpool were definitely a bonus for our tired bodies after a long day of activities in the beautiful surrounding areas. We woke up to the breath-taking view every morning, it was one of the most memorable places we have ever been to. Thank you for being such great hosts Ilaria&Alex!

Beautiful place, fantastic amenities, safe, quiet surroundings. Sauna is incredible, rooms and furnishings are wonderful. 15minute drive to great skiing, 1hr to ice skating, lovely restaurant in Flattach, supermarket 5mins drive. great coffee machine, great tv, loads of kitchen utensils. boot warmer, and heated towel rails are a nice touch close to waterfalls and a river, perfect for traffic free scenic walks. hard to fault.

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.
