Great place to stay, peaceful and relaxing surroundings.

The house was very well furnished, yard was perfect for a nightly bonfire with friends and family. Close enough to town where you could easily get groceries, fuel, or simple go out to eat with no worry about it being a long drive. The house was located perfectly around multiple trailheads for ORV riding (within 20 mins). The only thing that I can say that was a downside to the rental was the amount of kitchenware. For a cabin that sleeps 10, there were limited plates, bowls, mixing bowls, and utensils.

The lake home is beautiful. It was the perfect place to spend the holidays with family. Any time we ran into an issue Brenden was quick to respond even on the Holidays.

Beautiful lake home. Everything is very nice & comfortable. We enjoyed the getaway very much. Loved looking at the peaceful lake. The updates are very tastefully done. Looks like a lot of time invested into every detail. It’s well stocked-lots of games too. Restaurants, stores, ice cream all within 5 miles. Highly recommend for R&R on a big lake. Thank you!

Great little home for a summer vacation. There seems to be lots of activity during that time of the year. I came in in the middle of winter so it was very quite and calm. The home is small but with a good layout. Felt like there was lots of space to move around.

This was our second stay with Terry & we will definitely be back! He always goes above & beyond to make sure we have everything we need & is very communicative. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful cottage, equipped with all amenities we desired. Nikki was very responsive and quick to reply when we requested to add a day to our stay.

Our small family with a baby stayed here with our friends for two days & we all couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! Tom’s place is perfect to have loads of fun & a super comfortable stay. Snow was a bonus for us because the frozen lake and backdrop were magnificent and picture perfect! All listed amenities were available & full kitchen was fully equipped with whatever we needed to cook & enjoy home-cooked meals! Tom was pro-active, very responsive and so helpful! Definitely recommending this spot to everyone :)

Meg and Rita should be elevated to above “Superhost”. The little pink house is clean quiet and nicely decorated. All hosts should be as responsive and thoughtful. Every wall switch was labeled to let me know which switch operated each particular light or room. AND every wall socket was fitted with an adapter outlet which was so helpful when traveling with multiple chargers for multiple devices. A great stay. I will definitely stay again.

Debra and Greg are great hosts. The little red house was the perfect space for our mother/daughter girls weekend. The house was clean, the couches were extra comfy, and we appreciated the extra towels in the bathroom. Check in and check out was very flexible and easy. We would definitely book with Debra and Greg again.

Lee’s place is awesome location if you’re looking to stay in northern Michigan. Lots to do within walking distance to Traverse City but also very centrally located to other towns and things you’ll want to do/see in the area. Highly recommend!

Hunting trip with some buddies went great, home was clean, host was very attentive and responsive to all communications. We had 2 unavoidable issues during our stay but our host were great and took care of both issues without question, and very timely. I would definately recommend this host and we well likely be booking more trips at other locations as well.

Very nice home! My family of 8 stayed for an extended weekend getaway and we were not disappointed. The home was just as shown in the pictures and the outside/location was very private and serene. It is close proximity to downtown TC and many activities. I would highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so nice and clean and very open inside. Had just about everything we needed for our two night stay. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful property. Loved walking the trail in the woods with our dogs. Wish we had more time, but would love to come back and stay in this home again. There were 4 adults staying for Labor Day weekend. We had more than enough room for all. We have vacationed together for years. We all agreed this was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. So well put together and everything you could ever need. The yard was beautiful, the deck had beautiful views of the lake. The furniture was very comfy and there was nothing more we could have wanted.

Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Nick answered questions quickly. The listing of Bear Lake Bliss (pictures, description) is exactly how it is. The house was spotless and stocked with everything that was needed. Our family had a great Thanksgiving.

What a great place for getting away! The house is first-class with brand new upgrades inside. And the grounds are landscaped beyond belief. The home even comes with a private dock for gazing at the pair of swans as they glide by. It's a little mini-mansion of a gem.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our time here. The place was super clean and had fresh clean linen. We truly felt at home during our stay. We even got to do some fishing. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Jenna's place on Lake Lure was exactly what we wanted for a long weekend getaway. We were there to relax and to try out the lake ice fishing. We caught tons of small pike and some panfish too.

We have stayed here before. It was great just like last time. We had one issue but Rachel was super responsive and it was quickly resolved.

The Big Drake is in on quiet lane right on the lake shore, the place is large while still feeling homey. The kitchen is well l equipped with modern appliances. The heating and AC are controlled by different Nest thermostats, and we were able to keep it at a good temperature. The three main bedrooms are very comfortable--two share an adjoining bathroom, and for one it is around the corner. The kids rooms with bunk beds were great as well. The rooms above the garage were a bit more rustic, but clean and comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very cozy leather and the other furniture is nice, often custom wood like in a fancy lodge. The check-in and check-out were super easy, with clear instructions and communications. The place is 10 minutes from a large grocery store (Meijer) and 20–30 minutes from Traverse city, which is a neat town to explore with excellent food. Overall, we highly recommend and hope we can come back!

Finding this place as a last minute resort was the best deal we got, really cozy and clean. Alex was very responsive and polite throughout our entire stay. Would recommend to anyone who comes by this place.
