Apartment as described! Very clean! Well-equipped! Nothing to say, the only small inconvenience is on the top floor without an elevator but for a few days it's not a big deal. In the city center, no need for a vehicle to get around, all the shops are within walking distance! Recommended!

I loved Pierre's apartment. Very easy to check in. The apartment was very, very, very clean and complete with all necessary cooking utensils. There was even oil, salt, sugar, tea, and coffee. If it had WiFi it would be perfect! The place is lovely and very quiet. I hope to return again as I am a lover of the French Pyrenees!

My parents and I stayed for 3 nights - the hosts were incredibly welcoming as well as very proactive, responsive and flexible. The purpose of our visit was a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Lourdes - the spacious apt. is very close to the grotto & to the train station (easy walking distance) My parents are seniors and being close to the grotto allowed for multiple visits per day - the building has an elevator, which was a plus. The apt was impeccable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay - we couldn’t have asked for more. Grazie, Valentina and Giuseppe - we look forward to returning to your lovely home and would not hesitate in recommending it to our friends and family. Palermo in 2026 is hopefully next 😉

We spent a week at Sandra's place, located in the middle of the resort, its location is perfect. The shuttle station stops just down the residence, allowing to leave the car in the shelter all week in the covered parking provided for this purpose. The pool and gym right next door are a nice plus. the apartment is clean and refurbished, perfectly suitable for a family of 4. The bottom of the resort can be reached on foot in less than 15 minutes and you can reach the slopes from the top in 5 minutes. The heated ski room is very nice after a day on the slopes. We recommend Sandra's place without a second thought.

Excellent stay, this apartment was perfect. You just have to be aware that it overlooks the river with the noise that this implies in the morning! But you get used to it very well and the accommodation is very well located, 10 min walk from the center.

We have a pleasant stay; the apartment is well located; thermal baths and gondola nearby. Possibility to walk to the center of Saint Lary . The apartment is comfortable with many amenities available, it is clean , and is located in a quiet area. For keys , the agency can hand them over, or in a key box with instructions; for checkout is delivered by hand or in a lockbox. It is very easy to communicate with Betty and Claude who are very responsive.

Functional and pleasant accommodation. Well equipped with all the essentials to have a pleasant time. The pool is a lovely plus. Only downside the elevator broken during our stay but which is not the fault of Jean-Luc and Nelly. They were also very kind and responsive.

A very warm welcome by Monique as well as very useful recommendations! The apartment is well thought out, even at 6 people life was easy. The children's park downstairs is large and has a variety of games. There is also the greenway downstairs from the building. It was a nice discovery and a good stay! Thank you!

Beautiful discovery of the resort. We're truly at the foot of the slopes. Discovery of the mountain for us with snow in April. Great stay that made us want to go back again. Host listens and answers the question right away. Impeccable accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay! Working with Antoine was fantastic; so easy and a pleasure. The home was exactly what we needed for our family of 7. Our kids enjoyed the yard, the shower was nice and warm, the beds were good and plenty comfortable for us, and we loved the shoe cabinets in the entry way. We would stay again if we ever find ourselves back in town!

One night stay that went very well, the accommodation is perfectly in line with the photos, very cozy and well-equipped. We even had tea, coffee, and cakes upon arrival. On the other hand, there were a few cobwebs on the ceiling and a little dust on some furniture but otherwise everything was great thank you again:)

The apartment is impeccable, matches the photos, modern, clean and well maintained. It is easily accessible and enjoys an ideal location. Communication with Sandrine is very pleasant and fluid. The bedding is of very good quality. (which is rare to note). Although there are few parking spaces in the residence, trolleys are available in the basement to facilitate luggage transport. I recommend it in both winter and summer.

Very good stay, the accommodation is ideally located in Luz, it is very pleasant and well-equipped. It has a parking lot. Beautiful view of the mountains. Romain gave us all the directions/information needed to run our stay smoothly. Recommended!

We had a great time in the accommodation offered by Céline who indicated the location of the accommodation very well and who remained available if needed! The location is great, close to the city center, the accommodation was consistent with the photos in the listing, the view of the mountains was even more beautiful than we expected! I would highly recommend this listing. However, it is unfortunate that some guests do not play the game when it comes to cleaning, which was not completely finished when we arrived, this can harm the reputation of the accommodation and the renters who do their best to ensure we have a pleasant stay. Thanks again Céline, we'll be back!

Great rental, very good location (downtown, cable cars, thermal baths… nearby). The apartment was as described and in the photos, well-equipped and very comfortable. I recommend it 100%.

Very pleasant accommodation, clean and well arranged with two well separated bedrooms. The terrace with view is super nice, too bad the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it too much. The pool in the evening after the hikes was very nice, a real plus. Marcia is also very welcoming. We would highly recommend it.

Very well-equipped & perfectly located apartment. The shuttle is at the foot of the residence and takes you to Peyragudes in 5 minutes. Shops & bar/restaurant within walking distance. Beautiful walks to do around the hamlet of Balestas. The pool in the residence & the view from the balcony were also appreciated. We'll be back!

Excellent stay at Marie's apartment. The apartment is very nice with a beautiful terrace, well decorated and all the necessary comforts (top dishwasher) especially at 7 with 2 bathrooms and a large dining table. Close to the slopes and ski rental in front of the apartment, it's the best! Bread deposit just below the residence and small supermarket 5mn walk away. Perfect! Marie is a perfect host, who responds very quickly to questions in a precise and pleasant way. I would recommend this place and we would love to come back next year Thanks Marie!!
