Very well located studio, a short walk to the Marcel Proust promenade and three from the Grand Hotel. Well furnished, the studio is comfortable and very bright. Kevin was very responsive as soon as I needed him 😊

beautiful weather and a very nice, well-appointed apartment, nothing is missing, in a nice quiet residence while being a 5-minute walk from the large beach and the Marcel Proust promenade. A 5-minute drive from Carrefour Market for shopping and a 15-minute walk from the city center. A beautiful place that I'm remembering for another time 😍

Very nice apartment. As described, very clean. Océane is very responsive and willing to travel if needed. We really enjoyed this rental. We'll be happy to go back. An address we keep. Perhaps the only downside, we had trouble finding the rental. To find it easily, you have to arrive from the side of the Thalassotherapy. And there, the rental is a few meters away. Great stay. 👍👍

It was a great place to stay for a few days! the building has a nice historical atmosphere with all modern confort and appliances. The city center and the beach are both within a few minutes walking distance with great stroll & restaurants opportuny easy to park your car for free a block away, so very practical too
