I had an excellent stay! The space is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, organized and very welcoming. The private pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing in privacy and comfort. The location is practical and safe, ideal for those who want to rest with peace of mind. Reginaldo was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning, always available to answer questions and ensure a good experience. I definitely recommend it!

The stay was wonderful, the host responded quickly, and answered all my questions. The only observation is that the house itself does not have a garage, “it is in a private parking lot” included. However, my boyfriend wanted the parking inside the house. But, there is a solution, the parking was very safe. The city itself is very safe too! Nothing to complain about. The host was even very flexible with my schedules, with everything. It was very worthwhile because it is very close to everything, close to Pontal do Atalaia, Praia Grande, everything… Supermarkets, restaurants, bars… Location is perfect. I hope to be back soon ❤️😎

The place is wonderful, since we arrived made us feel at home, has a beautiful view and the beach a few meters away. We would definitely go again! Super tranquil neighborhood, belle for walking and the accommodation meets everything! Really Beautiful.

It was all wonderful! Vera gave us amazing tips on places to eat, waterfalls, tours… always very helpful. The cottage is not even mentioned… very beautiful and comfortable. My girlfriend and I took our kitten and everything worked out. We really love the energy of the cottage, Vera and Lumiar. We'll be back for sure ❤️

Good location to rest peacefully

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! My boyfriend and I were very well settled in and felt at home … only gratitude ❤️🥰

Rafael is a great host. Very attentive! The house is exactly like in the pictures. Everything was very organized and clean. The house has a lovely sea view. The condominium is great, very safe especially for children. Quiet beach practically private. Our stay was wonderful. We have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back more often.

the place I ALWAYS stay when I come to Arraial do Cabo. Literally every time. And it's no wonder: it's one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Everything has very good taste, it is well taken care, cozy… Seriously, impeccable. The host is super attentive and the “miner” who works with him too! They really make sure you're okay at all times. And the location… I don't know where to start. The town is facing the beach, the ladinho of the kite lagoon, and the front beach looks like an Arraial do Cabo without muvuca. Paradisiac ITSELF. I recommend it with my eyes closed.

Bruno, thank you for sharing this space! We spent amazing days at the chalet. The countryside has trapped us and we didn't have the courage to leave the place for NOTHING! The chalet is cozy, and has all the utensils you need to prepare any meal. It includes sun umbrellas and beach chairs. I will definitely be back and refer anyone else.

I couldn't have had a better experience! The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with a natural water pool and barbecue — it looks like a movie setting! Every morning, my partner and I drank coffee outdoors, enjoying that space. The experience of entering the pool is also wonderful for those who like cold water and waterfall. The house is super cozy, with a warm water bathroom and equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove, microwave and more). Ideal for those who want to rest, enjoy nature and not need to leave. Not to mention the host! Rodrigo is very kind, kind and breaking, he is still a friend! Since the first contact, he was helpful and answered all the questions, in addition to giving us great tips from the city and making himself available to pick us up and take to the bus station. I will return many times!

Perfect Hosting! The cottage is beautiful ! Thaís is extremely attentive, she gave me tips on absolutely everything in the region, from places to have lunch/dinner to tourist spots to visit. Very close to the chalet is a grocery store that sells everything you need. EXTREMELY EDUCATED residents of the region. Extremely clean and cozy place. Total privacy! Road to get there is quiet and the path is very easy. Recommended …

Everything met expectations, home in a well booked and safe place, it's kind of hard to find, but after you think it's just joy, the markets of the region (Extra and Multimarket) deliver the market purchases, Zé Delivery and Ifood deliver drinks, it's super quiet. I just have a little note to make in relation to the house, I think there could be a WIFI repeater in the pool area and gourmet, as the crowd was kind of challenging to use the Internet (Wi-Fi) and the mobile internet (TIM, CLEAR and ALIVE) do not work well on site. That's it, everything else was fine, we will definitely come back, Araruama is our 2nd house!

A special differential is the breathtaking view, which makes every moment even more special. The house is in excellent condition, very well cared for and clean. We arrived at the site with a lot of rain, and Alexandre very willing, helped us remove the bags from the car and showed us our accommodations and honored us with the breakfast food.
