We had a great holiday in the apartment! The space is very comfortable, clean and well equipped, perfect for enjoying with the family. My wife, son and I felt at home throughout the stay. The location was also good. A special mention goes to the host, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the first contact. Always available, it made all the difference in our experience. The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which made our tours and meals much easier. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent service of the hostess and owner, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. He demonstrated great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and making the check-out time more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at the next opportunity!

The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

The house gave us the feeling of going back to childhood, going to the beach house with the family... The yard is spacious, with a well-kept lawn. All rooms are spacious. The pool has a good depth, there are very useful outdoor bathrooms. The game room with pool, foosball, cards, dominoes... you don't want to leave! The hosts are extremely polite and helpful, thank you for all the kind gestures you had with us... We went in 3 but the house supports much more than that, next to the house there is a large plot of land with beautiful horses, outside in the backyard of the house itself where you can see different species of beautiful animals. I saw fireflies after years!! It gets quite cold at night, and the only recommendation I give is: Bring a thicker blanket if you feel very cold, because the blanket provided is thin and small, bring repellent and be happy!! We only have to thank you! We will definitely be back and we have already recommended it to our family and friends.

No doubt Casa is better than in the photos, spacious, airy, ventilated, quiet place without noises...perfect for those who want to join the useful to the pleasant, rest and the beach. The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. Our stay was great, I would come back again! Very attentive host. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for the period.

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Our experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The apartment is super cozy and comfortable, even though it looks bigger in the photos, except for the balcony, which is very large and airy! We really enjoyed the building's heated pool and sauna, which are great for relaxing after a day at the beach. Regarding the location, we went by car to the beaches, which was super quiet. Although it is not so close to walk, it is perfectly possible to walk to them. The proximity of supermarkets and shops also helped a lot. The condominium staff is very helpful and friendly, as is Sergio, who was always attentive and helpful. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything we need, and it is very well ventilated! Because it is well located, we were able to enjoy the various beaches of Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. We really enjoyed our stay, we enjoyed every moment and we will definitely come back! It was worth it!

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches. Cozy apartment I felt at home, all the instructions about the apartment were very clear and my stay was excellent for sure I will come back more often.
