The house is really like the description, wonderful outdoor area, indoor accommodation as well. The bad thing was having to leave. Marcello is very kind and helpful. We love it! We're already looking at a new date to come back. 🩷

Our stay at the house was very good, the atmosphere of the house is better than shown in the photos, very cozy and Elaine was proactive in serving us from the beginning. We had a problem with the shower that wasn't heating up, I contacted Elaine and quickly while we were out she fixed and adjusted everything for us. The house has all the basic items, iron, etc. We highly recommend this stay and would definitely come back.

The house is cozy, beautiful, according to the photos, the condominium is well cared for, clean swimming pool, well organized and clean spaces and environments. the house has everything, including bedding and towels, (it has no dish cloth but just take it), soap in the bathroom and the kitchen. unfortunately, the lagoon water is dry, compromises the look of the place, it is like mangrove, but I don't know if it is by the time of the year. Heron was always requested and quick in the answers, score 10. The streets surrounding the condominium that is a little forgotten by the city hall, streets with holes, poorly cared for and dirty walks but as our goal was not to stay in the region, it made no difference for us. It's worth staying in the place.

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

We had a very pleasant stay at the rented property. The space has fully met our expectations and is in full compliance with the description available on the platform. Check-in and check-out were carried out without any difficulty, making our experience even smoother. The host was extremely cordial and attentive, keeping frequent contact and clarifying all our questions promptly. In addition, the location is excellent, with a good infrastructure around, including a nearby Extra Market, hortifruti, fuel station and even a McDonald's, among other establishments that made our stay easier. We were a group of 10 people and we were all very pleased. We haven't had any complaints. Of course, there are always opportunities for improvement, but overall the experience was very positive and we recommend hosting.

We spent a few beautiful days, very nice place, pleasant and comfortable. Excellent garden pool and game room met our expectations. Just thank you and I'll come back someday!

Casa is exactly like in the pictures, close to the beach and the beach is wonderful, only there are no street vendors and no kiosks, so whoever goes to the beach needs to take whatever they are going to use. From the house we can hear the noise of the sea that is wonderful, the house is a little cool, there are fans, but they are well spent, it would be good to change for some more potent or to be perfect to put an air conditioning in the bedrooms, bring repellent there are plenty of mosquitoes at night. Host of the house is extremely helpful and responds quickly. Another point that is not very important but it is good to leave the tip, if you like blankets it is better to take your own, because the house only offers sheets to cover itself, but since there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, we end up not missing a blanket. I and my family had very pleasant days in this house, we will definitely return and we have already recommended it for everyone.

The house is very good, it is conveniently located but you have to walk 20 minutes or take transportation to go downtown. The nearby beach is not recommended in high season. But the house is spacious and suitable for quite a few people. The service was very good.

The space is beautiful, extremely clean and with a lot of nature around and suitable for those who want to relax and disconnect from the daily grind. The stay was great. The house is beautiful, well decorated and directly faces the beach, which is wonderful. Everything was very clean and with very good linens as well as towels and dishes. Clara, always very kind, answering all our questions and attending to everything promptly and with great kindness. Kandida was of unparalleled kindness, welcomed us very warmly and helped us a lot as well as her whole family. They are wonderful and we are very grateful to them. My family loved the stay. We will be back for sure if possible.

The stay was excellent! We didn't have any problems during the trip. The house is very spacious and true to what is shown in the photos and video of the listing, which gave us a lot of security. It has many kitchen utensils, both inside and outside, which made our daily lives much easier. The outdoor area, by the way, is spacious and very pleasant — the pool gets sun all day and there is still a bathroom next door, which was also very practical. The location is good, it has some markets and a bakery nearby, in addition to being close to great beaches in the region, such as Geribá and Ferradurinha, and it is possible to walk. It is also easy to access Rua das Pedras and the most central region of Búzios, where there is greater infrastructure of large markets, pharmacy, etc., just a few minutes away by car — the locomotion was easy throughout the stay.

Excellent house between Manguinhos and Geriba . Easy access to both beaches on foot. Tasteful and well-organized house. The host was responsive and available. Sunset at Porto da Barra is the highlight of the stay. Pool and barbecue grill close the package of attractions.
