He is always available, helpful with everthing, drove me to the mall to arrange my phone card, gave a lot of information about Maracaibo, helped me with all of my questions. Thank you so much Carlos. If you will ever be in Germany, I will be there for you to give back all the help you gave me. The apartment is perfect. Super super clean, located in a a nice area. You can walk free without any fear. Cozy rooms, confortable bed and the shower is amazing with hot water. The kitchen has everthing you need and even a washing machine and a dryer you will find in the apartment. One of the best experience I have ever had with Airbnb. Thanks for all Carlos
