Monthly Rentals in Bywong

We stayed for one night at this beautiful miniature donkey farm near Gunning as a pit stop during our move from Geelong to Sydney — and what a memorable experience it was! The setup was cozy, with a warm bed, natural surroundings, and all the amenities you could need, including a heater and a fully furnished kitchen that made the stay very comfortable. The host was absolutely lovely — despite our late arrival, she made sure we felt welcomed and settled in. She gave us a tour of the farm and even showed us how to use the pianola, which was such a fun touch. Highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for peace, charm, and a unique farm experience. We’d love to return for a longer visit next time!

Excellent all round. Great hosts, great space, great value.

What an honour to be the first ones to stay in this place! The house was just finished, so brand new for us to use. If there were any hiccups Lani was super quick to respond and fix it. We loved every moment of our stay, the farm life, the peace and quiet at night, the roos everywhere, the dogs, horses, chickens and the beautiful sky full of starts at night. Lani had everything ready for us to set up a firepit outside (seasonal). Our stay was the perfect blend of being near enough to the city to explore Canberra, but really feel relaxed when at 'home'. Taylor was the best farm guide and my daughter in particular cannot wait to visit again! Thanks for an amazing stay and see you next time! 😀

Very peaceful place to stay stay for two people, upstairs bedroom with bathroom very clean, modern, downstairs has the Kitchen lounge room very clean. 8 minutes to the main town. Friendly hosts.
